Rolling bearing,as an important rotating support component,largely determines the performance of the whole equipment.Because of the characteristics of solid lubrication,such as high and low temperature resistance,high pressure resistance,radiation resistance,nonvolatilization,non-pollution,etc.,solid lubricated rolling bearings are usually used in application occasions such as high and low temperature,strong radiation and high vacuum space environment or environment that cannot be lubricated by grease,but the trial and error method based on experience knowledge and experiments at present is rather blind,resulting in poor consistency between service performance of solid lubricated bearings and wear life of lubricating coatings.As a result,the service life consistency of solid coated lubricated bearings is poor,and many space equipment can’t serve normally due to the failure of solid lubrication of rolling bearings,resulting in huge economic losses and becoming a potential safety hazard of military national defense.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research work of the influence of the solid lubrication coating on the raceway surface of the solid lubrication rolling bearing ring on the service mechanical behavior of the bearing and its own wear life,which lays the theoretical foundation and design analysis method for the tribological application design of the solid lubrication coating of the rolling bearing,and has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Firstly,a three-dimensional point contact analysis model of multilayer coating system is established,and based on this model,the influence of multilayer solid lubrication coating structure mode on contact behavior is studied.Then,the nonlinear relationship between contact load and contact deformation is established by nonlinear fitting method,and then the quasi-static analysis model of solid lubricated angular contact ball bearing is further established.Then,based on the calculation of slidingrolling contact PV value in micro-area of internal friction contact of solid-lubricated rolling bearing and the wear rate coefficient obtained from coating friction and wear test,the Archard wear life evaluation and prediction model of solid-lubricated rolling bearing based on coating wear-out is established,and a cross-scale calculation and analysis method from macro-mechanical behavior such as the service condition of rolling bearing → bearing contact force load distribution → contact characteristics of internal contact micro-area is formed,and a rapid evaluation and prediction method of solid-lubricated coating wear life is established.The research contents of the main chapters of this paper are as follows:(1)The frequency domain solution of three-dimensional elastic field of multilayer coating system is derived,and the three-dimensional elastic point contact analysis model of multilayer coating system is established based on semi-analytical method.Based on this model,the influence of multi-layer coating structure mode on its contact pressure distribution,von Meets equivalent stress of subsurface contact stress and contact deformation is studied;(2)The nonlinear relationship between contact deformation and contact force load of threedimensional point contact of multilayer solid lubricating coating is established by nonlinear fitting method,and the pseudo-static analysis model of rolling bearing considering the influence of solid lubricating coating on contact deformation is established instead of the contact deformation formula of Hertz contact theory,and the effectiveness of the analysis model is verified by comparison;(3)Based on the calculation of sliding-rolling contact PV value in micro-area of internal friction contact of solid-lubricated rolling bearing,and the wear rate coefficient obtained from coating friction and wear test,the Archard wear life prediction model of solid-lubricated bearing is established with the wear-out of coating on the surface of ring as the judgment standard,and the validity of the prediction result of the model is verified by comparison with the test data;(4)Based on Matlab GUI module,combined with three-dimensional elastic point contact analysis model of solid lubrication coating,quasi-static model of solid lubrication bearing and Archard life evaluation model of solid lubrication bearing,the software of service mechanical behavior analysis and wear life evaluation of solid lubrication bearing is developed,and the life analysis and structural parameter optimization design of concrete examples are carried out by this software.
