Angular contact ball bearing is an important part of supporting transmission.It is widely used in the field of machinery because of its high speed,high precision and bearing both axial and radial loads.In the actual use process,in order to bear the axial force from two directions and improve the bearing capacity,angular contact ball bearings are usually used in pairs or multiple combinations.With the development of mechanical industry,the service life and support stiffness of the angular contact ball bearing put forward higher requirements.Therefore,the mechanical analysis of the matched angular contact ball bearing is of great significance to improve the bearing performance.In this paper,with the diagonal contact ball bearing as the research object,the static force under the combined action of three forces is establishedFirstly,based on the classical bearing analysis theory such as Hertz contact theory,the equilibrium equation of the inner ring of the matched angular contact ball bearing under the axial,radial and moment loads is established,and the Newton iteration method is used to solve the problem.Based on this static model,the load distribution,contact angle distribution,stiffness characteristics and their variation trends of the matched angular contact ball bearings under different combined loads are studied,and the static mechanical characteristics of the two rows of bearings are compared,and the factors that cause the two bearings to be loaded unevenly are analyzed.The results show that the moment load and the radial load will cancel on one row of bearings,and the other columns will be superimposed,so that the load is mainly concentrated on one row of bearings,and the steel ball will be unevenly loaded.The appropriate axial load can be Pre-tightening effect,improve the load unevenness of the steel ball and improve the bearing rigidity。Secondly,on the basis of the static model,a quasi static model considering the centrifugal force,gyroscopic moment and elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the ball is established,and the static results are used as the initial value to solve the problem iteratively.The contact angle change and load distribution characteristics of the two bearings under the combined load at high speed are analyzed.On the basis of the quasi static model,the effects of the azimuth angles of the two rows of bearing steel balls on the bearing capacity of the two rows of bearings are studied.The results show that under certain speed conditions,the contact angle distribution between the bearing steel ball subjected to the combined load and the inner and outer raceways is opposite.As the speed increases,the contact angle of the inner raceway of the bearing increases,and the contact angle of the outer raceway decreases.The radial bearing capacity of the two rows of bearings is reduced,and the axial bearing capacity is enhanced.If the two rows of steel balls can be arranged at intervals during the rotating process,the vibration of the bearing can be reduced and the running accuracy can be improved.Finally,a bearing experimental device that can load the combined load is designed and built.A constant external load is applied to the outer ring of the bearing through the bolt.The displacement sensor is used to measure the axial displacement and angular displacement of the bearing outer ring relative to the inner ring after loading.The experiment is divided into two groups: static and dynamic.There is a constant error between the experimental results and the theoretical results.The overall trend is basically consistent.The accuracy of the theoretical analysis model of the paired angular contact ball bearings is verified.The mechanical model and its characteristic analysis of the paired angular contact ball bearings established in this paper can provide theoretical basis for bearing assembly,practical use and multi-row bearing design research.
