In recent years,with the increasing complexity of concrete engineering,the construction difficulty coefficient of the high-supporting support system is also increasing.Major safety accidents caused by the collapse of scaffolding and formwork brackets continue to occur,and the technical and economic problems of the supporting system appear and are more and more prominent.Therefore,how to effectively ensure the safety of the high-supporting support system while taking into account the economy is the key problem that facing the deepening design of the frame.This paper studies from the actual case,with the help of computer technology,and based on the premise of safety,with cost optimization as the starting point,the specific analysis of the stability of the high-supported support system is carried out,and the law of design is explored.this pape mainly done the following parts: summarizing the research of scholars at home and abroad,and analyzing the causes of instability and damage of the high-supported support system,as well as the factors affecting engineering cost;combined with the relevant norms for the original support plan of beam and slab.The stability bearing capacity is thus calculated and the optimization direction and optimization space of the original scheme are obtained.The MIDAS software was used to establish the support system test model to study the development and change law of the axial force and frame stability of the vertical bar under different combination schemes.Combined with the change law,under the condition of meeting the structural safety,by changing the parameters of the key factors of cost,determine the optimization model,and obtain the optimization plan;finally calculate the cost of the optimization plan and compare it with the original plan.The research results of this paper are as follows: the scheme prepared according to the construction experience is conservative,and the improvement of the design scheme is completely feasible;increasing the distance of the horizontal rod and the spacing of the poles respectively will result in stable bearing capacity reduction,the two are linearly related,and the influence of the pole spacing is more significant;the pole spacing should be set according to the support height to acertain limit,and based on this optimization calculation;blind reduction level The pole step may bring about a decrease in stability and increase the cost.By adjusting the pitch of the pole and the step of the horizontal pole to determine a reasonable combination of step and spacing,the cost can be greatly reduced.In this paper,the research on the safety and economy of the fastening high support structure can provide reference for the future support design of similar projects.
