As a new mode of economic growth,which is based on the factors agglomeration ability and the radiation effect of the large airport,the economic development of the air economy is becoming more and more concerned because of its huge economic impetus to the airport and its surrounding area.Local governments have taken the development of the airport economy as a new round of urban and regional economic growth point and actively guide and nurture,and vigorously build a temporary economic zone.however,the formation and development of the airport economy requires specific external motives and mechanisms,under different factors endowment and economic development conditions,the pursuit of temporary economic benefits and blind construction of the temporary airport economy zone will not only cause the waste of land and other related resources will also affect the sustainable development of regional economy.therefore,it is necessary to carry on the systematic analysis to the function mechanism and the influence factor of the airport economy,thus draw the general conclusion,provide the theory guidance and the policy suggestion for the local government to develop the airport economy.At present,China is in a period of rapid economic development,the demand for industrialization and urbanization will produce a large number of people,logistics and other transportation needs including air Transport.At present,China’s Air transport volume has jumped to the world only in the United states,the second largest country,the rapid development of air transport industry will inevitably bring more opportunities for the growth and development of the air economy.and the economic development of the hinterland,through the interaction with the hinterland economy,promotes the upgrading of the industrial structure and promote the sustainable growth of hinterland Economy.With the rapid development of China’s air transport industry,as a new type of regional economic development model,the development of the airport economy is increasingly more and more domestic airport district government attention,local governments fully aware of the advantages of the airport to develop the airport economy,can improve employment and achieve regional economic total increase and promote industrial structure optimization and other aspects of the important role,have drawn up the economic development planning,the construction of the Airport Economic Zone to develop the airport economy as an important means to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economy,the airport economy to promote regional economic growth is an important growth pole.In recent years,Beijing,shanghai,Guangzhou and other First-tier cities as the forerunner,Tianjin,Zhengzhou,Hangzhou and other cities follow up in the airport and its surrounding areas planning and construction of airport economic zone and the development of airport economy.however,we should see that relative to the developed countries of the airport economy,due to the development of China’s Short-run economy is relatively late,most of China’s airport economic zone is still in the planning and formation stage,in the process of developing the airport economy,inevitably encountered in the industry lack of innovation,industrial division of labor level is low,The development of producer services in the airport economic zone lags behind,and the lack of economic development in the hinterland leads to the "siphon effect" of the hinterland economy,the similar economic development pattern and the isomorphism of industrial Development.The existence of these problems has seriously affected the sustainable development of China’s Airport Economy.Faced with the deepening of the current economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,how to exert the unique advantages of the airport economy,effectively evade the development of China’s short-term economy,the promotion of the industrial upgrading of the airport economy is worthy of our attention and research Issues.Based on the above-mentioned situation,this paper studies the general Law of the economic development of the Short-air economy,and provides the theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the development of the airport economy around China.The research content of this paper focuses on the following aspects:first,on the basis of summarizing relevant research at home and abroad,the paper defines the airport economic and related Concepts.This paper introduces the relative characteristics of the airport economy and introduces the related theories involved in the research process.second,The theoretical analysis of the economic interaction between the airport economy and its influencing factors and the relationship between airport economic and hinterland economy.In the theoretical analysis of the airport economy,the paper studies the development motive,the formation mechanism and the effect of the airport economy in three aspects respectively.In the aspect of the influence factors of the airport economy,combined with the forming mechanism of the airport economy,the influencing factors of the airport economy are divided into three levels of space,economy and policy.In the interaction mechanism between the airport economy and the hinterland economy,the paper focuses on the mechanism of the function between the airport economic and the hinterland economy.third,through the empirical analysis,we examine the effect of the airport economy,the influencing factors of the economy and the interaction mechanism between the aiporteconomic and the hinterland economy respectively.In order to better and more comprehensive empirical analysis of the research object,combined with the availability of the relevant data,in the econometric model analysis,all models are in china,some of the portal complex hub airport,regional hub airport and the main airport of the air economy as the research object,using the city,District County Level Panel data Analysis.In the positive aspect of the airport economy,This paper focuses on the influence of the economic growth of the airport,and the factors affecting the economic development of the airport economy,including the spatial level,the economic level and the policy level.In the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the air economy and the hinterland economy,This paper focuses on the interaction between the airport economy and the hinterland economy in the process of its development,taking Beijing as the research Object.finally,combined with the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the former,this paper sums up the problems faced in the development of the current airport economy in our country and makes an in-depth analysis of its causes,and puts forward the policy suggestions for the development of the air economy.The main innovation points of this paper include the following three Aspects:first,in the research object selection,the previous research focus on the development of the airport economy itself,to the airport economic and hinterland economic interaction mechanism of concern is not much;in view of this problem,this paper,with full attention to the development of theeconomy itself,based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the airport economy and the hinterland economy,this paper analyzes the related problems in this aspect,and on the basis of this,the interactive mechanism is mathematically demonstrated by the econometric model.second,in the content of the research,the existing literature on the current airport economic problems are mainly focused on the phenomenon,the reasons behind the analysis of less and lack of empirical analysis.Based on the reasons behind the problem,this paper makes an in-depth and systematic analysis of the relevant economic theories,and quantitatively analyzes some problems with the construction of the econometric model,and improves the theoretical persuasion through qualitative and quantitative analysis.In the analysis of the problem,combined with the actual situation of our Country’s economic development,This paper puts forward the policy suggestions of pertinence and practicality,which can provide the theoretical reference for the development of the economic process in our country,which has important guiding significance both in theory and in Practice.third,in the research method of the airport economy,This paper focuses on three aspects of the influence,influence factors and interaction with the hinterland economy.first,in the study of the effect of the airport economic,combined regression(OLS),fixed effect regression(FE)and random effect regression(RE)three kinds of regression methods,through the correlation test to establish the optimal regression method,second,in the study of the influence factors of the airport economy,for the first time,quantitative analysis is made on the influencing factors of the airport economy,and the influencing factors are divided into three kinds of factors,such as space,economy and policy,and the panel data vector autoregressive model(PVAR)model is used for the first time to analyze it.third,in the study of the interaction between the airport economic and the hinterland economy,The first use of the tool variable method(IV)is to analyze the interaction between the two by using the gravitational model which joins the economic variables.This provides a reference and comparison for a better and more in-depth understanding of the development of China’s airporteconomy.This paper provides the Chinese evidences for the application of the theory of the airport economy to the research of the economic development,provides the data support for the developing plan and the industrial layout of the airport economy in our country,and provides the specific policy suggestions for the subsequent airport economic upgrading.It can enhance the robustness of the research conclusion while enriching the research conclusion.The shortcomings of this paper mainly include the following two aspects:first,in the theoretical study of the airport economic theory,This paper analyses the general conclusions,and the local governments in the development of the Region’s economic process,due to the Region’s industrial structure,Resource allocation,factor endowment and other related factors are different,therefore,the conclusion may be different from the actual development situation,meanwhile,because the study of the airport economy in this paper is still in the partial theory stage,and all localities need more concrete and operable guidance in the process of developing the airport Economy.therefore,it is necessary to further refine the research on the development Plan of the economic development of the economy,and how to integrate with the hinterland economy in the area,so as to put forward practical suggestions for the main body of economic management.second,in the relevant empirical research on the airport economy,as China’s airport economy is still in the initial stage of development,on the one hand,the conditions and development of the region is still not much,mainly concentrated inbeijing,shanghai,guangzhou,shenzhen and other cities,so that the study sample selection is limited;on the other hand,In order to maximize the quantification of the relative variables of the economy,this paper makes a high demand for the acquisition of relevant data,which is difficult to obtain due to the specific production and operation data of some professional materials and enterprise level,so that the selection and quantification of the sample quantity of the research on the airport economic study need to be further strengthened and improved.
