Research On The Planning And Layout Of Jiangxi Industrial Park Based On The Perspective Of "Three-Life Integration"

Industrial Park as the main carrier of industrialization,not only promoted the process of industrialization in Jiangxi province,also accelerated the rate of urbanization in Jiangxi Province,has made tremendous contributions to the social and economic development in Jiangxi Province.However,due to the late start of Jiangxi Province Industrial Park,the lack of experience,he has been with the original intention to promote industrial development and construction of industrial parks,neglect of urban construction services supporting function,resulting in the overall layout of the industrial park chaos,scattered layout functions,fragmentation,land use structure imbalance and other issues,some serious traffic also appeared tidal job due to industrial parks live imbalance caused increased pressure on urban traffic.In order to guide the sustainable development of the industrial park in Jiangxi Province,Jiangxi Province Problems of the industrial park layout optimized integration is particularly important.Through the introduction of the concept of "Sansei fusion",the Sansei integration of construction and development of industrial parks as the ultimate goal of Jiangxi Province,and then explore strategies to optimize the spatial layout of the industrial park in Jiangxi Province.Through on-the-spot investigation and collecting relevant data,the paper analyzes the development characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of industrial parks in Jiangxi Province,summarizes the current problems in the industrial parks in Jiangxi Province,and proposes spatial layout optimization strategies from the perspective of integration of three generations.Taking Houfa Industrial Zone in Le'an County as an example,combined with the transformation and development trend under the background of the new economic situation of the industrial park and the development orientation of the Houfa Industrial Zone in Le'an County,the planning and layout strategy of the Le'an Houfa Industrial Zone was proposed.aspects of the overall layout,functional layout,land use structure,the road system planning and green landscape system planning analysis and optimization propose improvement strategies.
