Research On The Renovation Design Of Vernacular Architecture In The South Of Fujian Under The Perspective Of Tectonic

Affected by the current rural construction boom,architects have one after another set their eyes on the countryside.The traditional villages in the south of Fujian have developed rapidly in the last 1 to 2 decades.More and more modern foreign buildings have replaced the traditional local architecture,and the villages in the south of Fujian with unique features are facing great challenges.Through the in-depth study of the traditional local architecture in the south of Fujian,this paper puts forward the strategy of adapting to the transformation of the local architecture in the south of Fujian,so that the local architecture can regain its life and inherit the memory of the south of Fujian.In this paper,it firstly explains the tectonic theory and local architecture and other related concepts,and base on this,delves deeper into the traditional local architecture in south of Fujian Province from the three aspects of the tectonic logic,building materials and node details.At the same time,combined with the results of field research,this paper analyzes the present situation of local architecture in south of Fujian-insufficient space lighting,serious structural damage and backward functional requirements.Secondly,this paper discusses the local architecture in south of Fujian from the aspects of form,function and technology,and puts forward the principles of authenticity,technical adaptability,sustainability and artistry in the transformation of local architecture,and,sums up the design strategy of the transformation of the local architecture in the south of Fujian from the three levels of surface,structure and space.Finally,the design strategy summarized in this paper is verified by the practice project of the local architecture transformation in South Fujian.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can guide the transformation and design of traditional vernacular architecture in the south of Fujian.
