Aircraft AC generator is an important part of the main power supply in aircraft powersystems.In order to ensure the power quality of the generator,the inspection and maintenance work of the generator is an important part of the daily maintenance and repair work of the aircraft.At present,the automatic test system is rarely used in the maintenance management of generators,and single manual measurement records and routine experience analysis are taken to carry out maintenance and repair work.Therefore,the establishment of an aircraft generator test system capable of parameter measurement,performance testing and fault diagnosis is of great significance to the maintenance,and repair work of the aircraft AC generators.At first,this paper introduces the development status of aircraft AC generators and automatic test systems.Based on the engineering practice of maintenance and repair work of aircraft AC generators,the virtual instrument technology is applied and the aircraft AC generator test system combines with the fault diagnosis expert system is designed by LabVIEW 16.0 software platform programming.The measurement of the parameters related to the maintenance and repair work of the aircraft AC generator,the performance test required for the maintenance work and the expert system fault diagnosis of the generator are realized.The paper describes the design of the aircraft AC generator test system in hardware and software.The coaxial experimental platform is designed by the 3D modeling software Creo.The servo motor is used to drive the rotation of the generator through the torque sensor and coupling.The software part includes the design of the human-machine interface,data acquisition and processing,the fault diagnosis expert system and other modules.The multi-threading technology is used to realize the control of the whole test system,the button response of the human-machine interface,the data acquisition and processing,and the curve drawing run in parallel,which improves the efficiency of the test system.Through the construction of case-based reasoning expert system,the fault diagnosis function of the test system is realized.The inference engine uses cosine similarity algorithm,and adjusts and modifies the algorithm in practical application to complete the fault diagnosis of the generator.Finally,through debugging and running of the test system and a largenumber of repeated experiments,it shows that the test system is in a good running state and the expected functions can be realized,which verifies that the test system has certain reliability.
