In order to solve the problems of wind abandoning,light abandoning and frequency stabilization of new energy system,coordinated frequency regulation control strategy for pumped-storage power station and thermal power unit of new energy system based on double fitness chaotic PSO algorithm for optimal load allocation and adjustment time is proposed to ensure the economical,stable and safe operation of power system,improve the utilization efficiency of wind and light energy and frequency regulation ability of new energy system.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The coordinated frequency regulation model of pumped storage power station and thermal power unit in new energy is established,and its frequency characteristics,influencing factors and variation rules are studied.The pumped storage energy is put forward as the intermediate link of new energy grid-connection,that is,the output power of wind energy and light energy is converted into the pumping water of pumped storage power station,so as to minimize the impact of wind abandoning and light abandoning and the randomness of wind and light on the power grid.Based on the structure of pumped-storage unit and thermal power unit,the working principle of pumped-storage unit and thermal power unit is analyzed.and the mathematical function model is established.Changing rules and influencing factors of the output power and frequency change during the working condition conversion are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research and analysis.2.Coordinated frequency regulation control strategy for pumpedstorage power station and thermal power unit of new energy system based on optimal load allocation and adjustment time is proposed.On the basis of such as micro rate criterion,considering the size of the capacity of the pumped storage power station,and upper and lower bounds of the efforts of each generator influence on system control,established the minimum water consumption of water and electricity and thermal power of minimum fuel consumption optimal load distribution and the difference of time new energy system of pumped storage power stations and thermal power unit coordinated frequency regulation objective function;Time weight is introduced to achieve fast frequency modulation.The theory proves that the control strategy can achieve the purpose of fast and economic joint frequency modulation.3.Coordinated frequency regulation control method based on double fitness chaotic PSO algorithm for pumped-storage power station and thermal power unit of new energy system is proposed.In order to solve the objective function of combined frequency regulation between pumped storage power station and thermal power unit of new energy system based on optimal load allocation and adjustment time,chaos variables and fitness of constraint conditions are added on the basis of the conventional PSO algorithm,so as to improve the optimization ability of PSO algorithm,an optimization program based on double fitness chaotic PSO algorithm is written.4.Experimental verification and conclusion.The results of regular PSO and double fitness chaotic PSO algorithms are compared,and it is concluded that the double fitness chaotic PSO algorithm has more advantages in the optimization of multi-constraint multi-objective optimization.According to the solution results,the Simulink function module in MATLAB was used to build a simulation model of coordinated frequency regulation control of pumped-storage power station and thermal power unit of new energy system based on optimal load allocation and adjustment time.The simulation results show that the system achieves the purpose of fast and economical coordinated frequency regulation under the condition of improving the utilization efficiency of wind and light energy in the new energy system.
