Research On Art Characteristic Town Planning Design

The construction of small towns with artistic characteristics promotes the upgrading of traditional arts industry and the development of emerging industries.It is the backbone force that conforms to the times tide and responds to the national strategy of a culturally strong country,and the planning and design of small towns with artistic characteristics play a key role in its construction.A large number of investigations and surveys on relevant researches of the planning and design of small towns with artistic characteristics at home and abroad are made by means of literature research,induction and deduction,and alike,and summed up in this paper,so that the research direction of this question for discussion is determined.For the first time the concept of small towns with artistic characteristics is defined and classified on the basis of the concept and evaluation criteria of small towns with national characteristics,the evaluation system is established and the evaluation criteria put forward.Qualitative evaluation is made on the development status of small towns with artistic characteristics at present,and their existing problems are summed up in a questionnaire survey;corresponding planning strategies are put forward through methods,such as field investigation and case study,to address these problems,the experience and law to plan and design the small towns with artistic characteristics are induced and summed up.The experience and law are applied to the planning and design of Shibanyan Town with artistic characteristics in Linzhou City to verify.Finally,the general experience and rule of planning and design of small towns with artistic characteristics are summarized: solutions to maintain the original style and features,respect folk customs,strengthen personnel training and inherit artistic skills are put forward in order to address the problems,such as the lack of artistic characteristics,shortage of protection of cultural heritage,lack of talent support,and dilemma in cultural inheritance;coping strategies to integrate artistic features,push forward industrial development,lay stress on ecological protection and develop humanistic care are put forward to address the problems,such as lack of industrial implantation,a serious shortage of funds,lack of infrastructure construction,and environmental damage in small towns.The experience and rule will provide valuable lessons for the construction of small towns with artistic characteristics in the future.
