| Distribution network is an important part of power network system.Scientific and reasonable distribution network planning and construction is of great significance to improve the reliability and intellectualization of power supply system in the stage of developing strong smart grid.On the one hand,reasonable distribution network can guarantee the safe operation of distribution network equipment,reduce fault rate and power loss,and generate reliability benefits.On the other hand,it can strongly support the automation construction of distribution network,which is the foundation of realizing intelligent distribution network.A core urban distribution network planning study in this paper,the analysis of the current distribution network power supply situation,through a variety of methods for power prediction,the distribution network planning technology principle,formulate scientific and rational distribution network planning.Firstly,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the power supply situation of the core urban area,and obtains the current problems of distribution network in power supply capacity,power supply quality,network structure and equipment.Various methods such as industrial prediction,regional prediction,electric power elasticity coefficient and grey theory are used to predict electric quantity.The power forecast and load forecast results obtained by different methods are analyzed comprehensively,which provides an important basis for the next power grid planning.Then the target area is divided into A and B,and the goal of improving the reliability of power supply is proposed.110 kV adopts double line dual variable,10 kV strengthens the communication between stations and improves the transfer capacity.The technical principles of distribution network planning are formulated according to the different voltage levels,and specific technical requirements are put forward for the structure,load capacity ratio and line planning of distribution network.The neutral ground mode,short circuit level and voltage level of distribution network are specified.Finally,the planning schemes of 110 kV,10kV and 0.38 kV in the core urban areas of shi city are proposed,and detailed planning is carried out from the aspects of power grid structure,After the completion of the planning,the proportion of the main transformer of 110 kV power network in the core urban area and the proportion of line n-1 all reached 100%.110 kV power grid is the key of planning,and the network structure and the necessity of engineering construction are analyzed in detail.In this paper,distribution network planning makes full use of distribution network operation monitoring platform,PMS system,GIS system and other information achievements of grid companies.Based on the detailed diagnosis of the current urban distribution network and the close combination with the provincial and municipal planning,the current distribution network planning pattern of the short-term planning is carried out step by step and long-term planning is scientifically laid out.The distribution network planning completed in this paper is of great significance to the current and future social needs of service core urban areas. |
