With the popularity of panoramic cameras,the scale of the panoramic camera community is increasing,user participation is getting higher and higher,and the op-eration of the community is becoming more and more difficult.Community operators urgently need a system to help them achieve refined operations.User behavior analysis is an important means for enterprises to implement refined operations.It collects and analyzes user behavior data on products,and identifies user values to achieve refined operations and improve product user experience.Enterprises still face some problems in user behavior analysis.User behavior data is usually scattered on different platform-s,and the reporting specifications are different.At the same time,due to the diversity of behavioral events,the data format is difficult to unify,which poses challenges for developers.In addition,there is no uniform standard and method for analyzing user behavior,and data visualization adds extra work to developers.In short,the collection and analysis of user behavior data are currently two major difficulties.This thesis designs and implements a user behavior analysis system based on the panoramic camera community,which is used to solve the collection and analysis of user behavior data on multiple community platforms of the company.The solution of the system mainly includes the following four aspects.First,with the 5W1H analysis method,the format and reporting norms of user behavior data are unified.Second,with the hourglass model,the user behavior data of the platform of the company is integrated to provide data for various data analysis scenarios.Thirdly,the system conducts multi-dimensional analysis of user behavior data.According to the defects of current RFM model,this thesis improves the RFM model into RFP model.Based on RFP model,the user is value modeled and user segmented.Fourth,the system uses Tableau to implement data visualization,which distributes the view drawing to the data analysts,reducing the burden on developers.The system is divided into data acquisition module,offline processing module,data analysis module,task scheduling module and data visualization module.The server of the system is built based on the JFinal framework and Spring Plugin.The HTTP Request is used to collect the user behavior data of the client platform,and the Google Tag Manager is used to track the user behavior data of the web platform.In the data analysis,the thesis realizes user segmentation based on the improved RFM model.The thesis uses Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server to realize data visualization.At present,the user behavior analysis system has been used in the company.Em-ployees can use the account to access the system through the browser.Through the user behavior analysis system,employees can not only understand the overall use of the company’s community platforms,but also know the user segmentation,which helps them customize the corresponding operational strategies for different groups of users,and implement refined operation of the community.
