| The "double diamond" design process model is a design process benchmark deduced by the British Design Council in 2005.It is a tool,a thinking mode or a structured design method developed on product design,graphic design,and user experience design.Originally,it was used in the service design process,but the model is still a general design framework,which is difficult to be directly applied to the specific design.Aiming at the existing research methods of user requirements,this study establishes a more specific and applicable research method of user requirements,hoping to provide feasible and effective methodological support for future design practice.Based on the research of user needs research methods,in the context of big data,this thesis creatively adopts the form of double diamond model,combined with big data user portrait,Affinity Diagram(also known as KJ method)and analytic hierarchy process(referred to as AHP method),continue to diverge and converge the data information and user needs,and finally further integrate and quantify the user needs,and finally get the priority list of user needs.This method can get more objective research results and better guide the design output.Based on the double diamond model,this thesis studies the related theory of big data user persona into the double diamond model,analyzes the existing big data user persona and research methods,and discusses the method steps to establish a better foundation for the use of big data user persona in the later stage.Which can effectively improve the efficiency of obtaining and targeting the needs of users in the later stage.At the same time,this thesis also makes a theoretical research on KJ method and AHP method based on the double diamond model,analyzes the basic attributes and advantages of the existing KJ method and AHP method,and discusses the method steps,to establish a better foundation in obtaining the priority of user needs in the later stage,and effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of obtaining the priority of user needs.After carefully combing the specific processes of using the above methods,this thesis summarizes the detailed steps and processes of user demand acquisition from big data to final demand acquisition.After that,taking desktop and all-in-one computer as an example,this thesis obtains and summarizes the target user needs,and concludes the user needs priority list of desktop all-in-one computer.Finally,based on this priority list,this thesis carries out the practice of conceptual product design,and verifies the above user needs research method based on double diamond model.The innovation of this study is to use the structure of double diamond model,integrate the characteristics of big data user portrait and KJ-AHP analysis method,and use big data user portrait to screen and integrate user behavior,which has the characteristics of consistency,foresight,concentration,objectivity,operability,and versatility.Combining the advantages of big data user portrait and KJ-AHP method,combining qualitative and quantitative research,it provides a reference research method for the early research of product design.After getting more objective and specific user needs,it can guide the later product design more effectively. |
