Research On Engineer Procure Construct Mode For The Large And Huge Construction Companies

Although the construction industry in China has implemented the mode of separation of design and construction for a long time and has made achievements all over the world,the model has been unable to meet the objective needs of the construction market because of its low efficiency.As an internationally accepted project contracting model,EPC mode is being adopted by more and more owners as it meets the fundamental interests of construction units and conforms to the development trend in the field of construction.Since 2016,a series of documents have been issued one after another,which has promoted the development of EPC mode and realized the transformation and upgrading of the management mode of the construction industry through the integration of design,procurement and construction,and has improved the economic benefits and vigorously worked hard to connect with the international market.First of all,this paper expounds the definition of the current DBB mode and the project general contracting mode in China,and analyzes the characteristics of the two modes and the difference between them,so as to obtain the superiority of the project general contracting mode and the trend of the construction market adopting the EPC mode construction project,and compares the EPC mode of different subjects under the current regulatory framework.Moreover,this paper selects the large and huge construction companies from the internal motivation and advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threat to analyze and judge the implementation of the multiple dimensions EPC mode of feasibility and necessity,proposes the implementation of the EPC mode is the optimal choice of the big special construction units,and interviews with industry experts and identifies several key elements of the implementation of the EPC mode.Furthermore,this paper puts forward the specific methods of implementation,including enterprise organization structure adjustment,project organization structure adjustment,and the construction of EPC project management system suitable for large and huge construction companies;And then,this paper empirically analyzes the CSCEC Strait Construction and Development Co.,Ltd.contracting and implementing the "Permanent Site Tourism Project of Global Mazu Culture Forum " and verifies the effectiveness of the measures proposed in this paper.Finally,this paper proposes some reasonable suggestions to improve the management of EPC,which mainly include improving the design ability,cultivating the project manager who conforms to the ability of EPC mode,strengthening the application of information technology,paying attention to cultural construction,developing construction industrialization and so on,so as to provide references for the large and huge construction companies in the process of implementing EPC mode.
