In recent years,China's economy and society have continued to develop, and the accompanying urban problems have become more prominent. The city's growing demand for land resources is constantly pushing the city's borders outward, and the infrastructure supporting progress is out of synch, leading to a series of serial urban problems, such as The population of the city center is expanding, urban road conditions are bad,the environment is deteriorating, and land resources are not evenly distributed. If we continue to adopt the traditional urban development model, the city is likely to enter the old road of the disorderly spread of Western countries in the last century. In order to avoid this situation, domestic urban construction has gradually turned to a public transportation-oriented development model.Due to the late contact with the relevant theories and practices of rail transit to guide urban development,it will still face many examples of operation. Many problems, especially microscopic small-scale problems that exist around rail transit sites. Therefore, based on the interaction between factors such as site location, land use type, passenger flow and rail transit stations, this study systematically studies the development intensity of cities around rail transit stations from a microscopic perspective.First of all,the thesis systematically expounds the development of rail transit and the opportunities and challenges it faces in the future development of urban development. The comprehensive track-related research review leads to the construction of rail transit as a powerful means to solve the problem of China's leading cities. In addition,to understand the successful cases of the construction of rail transit stations in the world, and to draw on the advanced development experience and inspiration for China's orbital sites.Provide ideas and theoretical support for the development of orbital sites.Secondly, based on the theory and practice of scholars at home and abroad, the classification of orbital sites is sorted out,and the sites are classified according to the domestic rail transit development background:central type, integrated pivot type, traffic transfer type and general type. The impact of site location, land use type around the site, and site traffic on the site development intensity is analyzed. Finally, combined with the construction status of Xining Rail Transit Line 3,study the urban development intensity within 500m around the Line 3 site, analyze the development status of the surrounding cities of the rail transit station according to the example, and combine the factors affecting the site development to summarize the reasonable surrounding of different types of stations. The characteristics of the city's development intensity are available.Specifically,it includes reasonable layout of land use, scientific development of floor area ratio control, and perfect transportation connection facilities.
