| Beijing’s rail and transit system has consisted of 22 lines,altogether 637 kilo-miles with 391 stations.The booming development of Beijing’s rail and transit industry has exposed its bottle-neck problems.The construction and operation of subway has to consume bulk of resources and energy,bringing a series of problems affecting urban residents,such as vibration noise,air pollution,and urban landscape disharmony.Therefore,it is necessary for subway construction to transform to sustainable development with the features of intensive,efficient,and environment-friendly.Now there have been some measures being taken in the field of green subway construction.From an overall perspective,there have been still some limitations in the field of green subway construction,lacking of evaluation system for green degree.Firstly,from the perspective of constructing Beijing green subway designing&evaluating system,linking the current domestic research situation,through relevant documentations both domestic and international,depending on frequency analysis,with the help of expert consultation,this paper has established the evaluation system of four indicators,including comfortable&environment-friendly,resources conservation,management and innovation.Adopting literature review and questionnaire method,the thesis optimizes and finally determines the indicators of the evaluation system,establishing index system of Beijing green subway designing and evaluating.Secondly,adopting hierarchy analytic method combined expert questionnaire,the article has built the weight set of calculation index.By indistinct synthetical evaluation means,the thesis has classified evaluation degree system into 5 degrees:Excellent,Good,Medium,Qualified and Unqualified,every degree with specific instruction.All degrees have composed of Beijing green subway designing&evaluating model.In conclusion,combining with real examples of west extension project of Beijing subway Line 6 which has verified the rationality,scientific nature,and feasibility of evaluation system’s construction,this paper has proposed some shortcoming and suggestion for Beijing’s rail and transit construction.This thesis has a positive effect on improving green subway construction evaluation system,optimizing subway construction environment,promoting subway construction’s green degree,exposing weakness in construction,raising rail&transit operation efficiency.Also it can provide reference for research on green subway construction evaluation system. |
