Research On Railway Container MRT System And Station Design

Container transportation is a kind of high-efficiency,fast and low-cost transportation mode.It has great significance to the entire cargo transportation industry with accelerating the development of railway container transportation.Multimodal transport of railway containers has become an important target for the development of railway container transport with the proposal of China’s"13th Five-Year Railway Container Multimodal Transport Development Plan".However,there are still some problems in railway container transportation.Such as the transportation organization of container trains is not flexible,and the efficiency of railway container transportation is not good,and so on.This paper puts forward the idea of constructing the railway container MRT system based on the related research in our country and abroad.Under this idea,this paper designs different kinds of container stations,and the way of transporting container trains under the system is proposed.This paper makes a new thinking on the way of railway container transportation based on the method of railway passenger transportation organization.This paper proposes a new transportation concept,as establish the railway container MRT system.The paper proposes that in the railway container transportation,the containers are all incorporated into the container trains.The container trains are arranged in a row and not mixed with other cargo vehicles.Take the center container station as the organization base of the container train.A large number of direct trains and straight through container trains are opened.Container trains do not enter the marshalling yard at the end of the journey.This paper determines the establishment of the MRT network based on the three-level railway container stations planned in China currently,and proposes the organization of container trains in the MRT network.This paper determines the functional position of different types of container stations in the MRT network,which based on the three-level railway container station plan currently.The scheme of station type design and reconstruction for railway center container station,special container station and general container station was put forward.Under the background of attaching importance to the development of container multimodal transport in our country,the scheme of station type design for the railway container port intermodal station in the MRT system was proposed.This paper carries out the design of the container area layout for the loading and unloading operation areas in each container station with the design of the container station.It also proposes the operation flow in the container station.This paper takes the"Yu Shen"railway container thoroughfare as an example,introduces the application of the MRT system in actual transportation.This paper takes Chongqing Railway Central Container Station as an example,carries out appropriate renovation according to the existing facilities and equipment to meet the needs of railway container MRT system.This paper puts forward a new railway container transportation thinking under the new container transportation development background,which can promote the development of railway container transportation to a certain extent.
