Ships large scale increases pressure on port yard storage container, complex railway transport organization affects trains paths for container transportation changes, one of methods to promote the development of container rail-sea intermodal transportation is through optimizing transport organization between the port and railway station. On the basis of the full introduction of port, station layout and the main facilities, analyzing the factors that affect the development of container rail-sea intermodal transportation from the aspects of macro and micro, which also combining with the government, enterprises and other departments in sail-sea intermodal transportation, then transport organization integrations between the port and railway station are put forward. The main research content is shown below.(1) Process optimization between the port and railway station.Complex process for container transportation, to some extent, hinders the development of Rail-sea Transportation. A series of measures include realizing collaborative scheduling by forming joint office, enhancing the working efficiency of the port engineering, model compression the retention period of the container in the port, railway increased 5 days transport planning and scheduling plan 5 days before the ship to the port notice, and port matching convenient transport organization between the port and railway station to make rail-sea intermodal transportation process simplified. Because different position in port and station has huge effects on transportation between the port and railway station, local optimization are set up from two aspects, including within the port and outside the port.(2) The ship unloading time and quantity optimization of containersThe trains operation is affected by the source and railway container flow through the ability, compared to the difficult capacity adjustments, container flow sources of reasonable organization is easier. Because trains for container flow sources mainly comes from the ship to port, through the matching model of ships-trains get trains of container flow sources, so as to make the discharged cases tend to rationalize.(3) optimization of the transportation between the port and railway station.After confirming the source of specific transportation, it also need short barge transportation between the port and railway station. Ports that have the operation of port often have many kinds of container transportation route, the core to realize the integration of transport organization is making reasonable selection and distribution in numerous transportation route. Analyzing the transport time for all kinds of transportation paths between the port and railway station, combining with trains starting time and ship enter the port, departure time, and choosing the best time to discharge are good for cutting the time for container in the port yard, railway yard, loading and unloading line. In addition, we also should realize the seamless transportation between the port and railway station as soon as possible, so as to reduce the occupation of limited resources for yard.In the last, on the basis of current Yangshan port sail-sea intermodal transportation, combining with the development of its future plan for this case, using of ships-trains matching model and the choice model between the port and railway station, we can get the time and quantities of the ships in the planning cycle discharge into the corresponding trains for container transportation and the quantity, and we also can know the utilize situation of sources between the port and railway station, so as to realize transport organization integration between the Yangshan port and Luchaogang container center station.
