Study On The Coordination Mechanism Between Government And Enterprise For Wuhan Airport Economic Development

Air transport is the fifth shock wave of economic development.China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.With the emergence of knowledge economy,open economy and network economy,a new economic era has become increasingly clear.From the perspective of transportation,aviation economy is the symbol of the new economic era.In the process of boosting the development of airport economy,it is a subject worth studying that how the government manages the rudder well,how the enterprises support the ship well,how the government and enterprises perform their respective duties and make their own efforts,how to better coordinate and co-govern,and how to maximize the economic benefits of Wuhan airport.Wuhan airport economy by the country"One Belt And One Road","Yangtze river economic belt"and other important strategic.This paper will comprehensively apply the theories of new public management,service-oriented government,economic growth pole and coordinated development to comprehensively study the coordination mechanism of management,responsibility sharing,operation guarantee and information sharing in the process of airport economic development.In the process of development,Wuhan airport economic zone adopts the management mode of "two cities and three districts",the government plays a role in planning,policy introduction,infrastructure construction and other aspects,and enterprises participate in economic construction according to the policy guidance and in combination with their own reality,make Suggestions,and vigorously promote the implementation of major projects.But there is a administrative districts span larger,regional impetus ability is weak,the two levels of government policy support and promote the insufficient,traffic transportation efficiency is not high,aviation hub transportation system does not accord with the urban development,etc,the reasons include management coordination does not reach the designated position,lack of unified authority planning,airport polarization effect is not strong and interest conflicts between different subjects,etc.Starting from the deficiency and reasons in the construction of Wuhan airport economic zone,and combining with the experience of government and enterprise synergistic effect in the construction of airport economic zone at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as establishing coordination mechanism,innovating mechanism mode,basing on the layout of heaven and earth,following pole radiation,and scientifically positioning industry.
