Under the background of the blowout development of gymnasium construction driven by national fitness,gymnasium has become an extremely important sporting place in people's life,and the requirement of fitness crowd for the quality of gymnasium space environment has become increasingly high and diversified.However,in the face of such a huge market demand,most of the current gym space environment design is too subjective and single,unable to fully meet the fitness needs for high-quality space environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and study the space environment of gymnasium from different perspectives by using professional knowledge of different disciplines and scientific investigation methods.Firstly,this paper objectively evaluates and analyses the current situation of the gymnasium space environment,and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the gymnasium space environment.Secondly,through the behavior observation method to record the behavior trajectory of fitness practitioners,statistical analysis of the characteristics of the behavior trajectory of fitness practitioners,and comparing the differences among the behavior trajectories of fitness practitioners in various gymnasiums,combined with the questionnaire survey method and interview method,summed up the six main architectural space environmental factors affecting the difference of the behavior trajectory of fitness practitioners,namely,the space volume of gymnasium.And scale,space plane form,space function layout,space privacy,space color and material,and space movement environment.Thirdly,according to the above six main influencing factors,the corresponding strategies for improving the space environment of gymnasium are put forward.In dealing with the spatial volume and scale,we consider the single gymnasium and non-single gymnasium respectively,and propose improvement strategies according to their respective characteristics.In the treatment of plane form,it can be divided into three forms: rectangular plane,special plane,rectangular and special combination.Different types of gymnasiums should be selected according to their own development characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of different plane forms.In dealing with the functional layout,the design principles of rationality,security and humanization should be emphasized.In the treatment of gymnasium privacy,according to different functional areas of gymnasium for the different needs of privacy,targeted space enclosure and segmentation strategy is proposed.In the application of color and material,combining the knowledge of colorpsychology such as color association,color expression,and the functional characteristics and emotional attributes of material,the optimization strategy is put forward according to the different spatial movement atmosphere required by each functional area.In the improvement of sports environment,it is necessary to deal with and optimize the sports environment according to different sports forms and their characteristics.Finally,according to this strategy,the relevant gym simulation program was created to show the research results in a more intuitive way.This research can not only improve the quality of gym space environment design,but also provide relevant reference for the development of gym space environment.At the same time,for investment managers and gym space environment designers,it can also help them more intuitively understand the actual needs of the fitness crowd for the gym space environment,and gradually establish the relevant basis for the design of the gym space environment,which has far-reaching significance for the healthy development of the gym space environment in the future.
