A Research On The Problems And Countermeasures For The New Riverside Forest Park Management In Beijing

Beijing invested 11 New city Waterfront Forest Park In 2010,,In the future,Beijing will build the Country Forest Park in urban and rural areas and Leisure Forest Park in urban central area to form three Forest Park system.By 2020,the prerequisite for the development of cooperation in the Beijing Tianjin&Hebei,Beijing Tianjin&Hebei will build the Central National Park ring to build an interconnected ecological corridor.Beijing focus on the construction of 30 park including Dongjiao Forest Park,Chaobai River Forest Park,,Grand Canal Forest Park(expanding to the South boundary),Yongding River Forest Park,Wenyu River Forest Park to form a system of the open country Forest Park and forest scenery in a group of world-class city core area.New Riverside Forest Park are mainly large area,the wide waters,the poor urban facilities condition and the underdeveloped surrounding public transport_From design to construction to the opening,time is short,conditions is difficult,workload is heavy.There are many problems in the process of building and opening to tourists.Such as lack of toilet,marking system is not perfect,parking is difficult,direct drinking water barrier,the North Canal New Embankment Road traffic accidents.This paper takes the Grand Canal Forest Park as an example.The focus of this paper is to solve the planting around intersections on the North Canal New Embankment Road covering drivers' sight,parking layout and operation management mode needing to adjust,reliefing measures of storm flood disaster.This paper analyze the problems by looking up the relevant regulations and documents as the basis and field survey,understand the demands by questionnaire interviewing visitors,put forward solutions and recommendations through the planning and design of the transformation,the geographic information system analysising and other means to finally.This paper hope to provide a reference scheme for managementing the new open riverside Forest Park.,provide advices to avoid similar problems for building of riverside Forest Park,put forward questions for scholars to improve the relevant laws and norms.This paper in order to ensure the new vitality of the riverside Forest Park and make function for city.Landscape architecture designer should take full account of the social status of involved in the Riverside Forest Park,find the corresponding water,road&traffic engineering and other laws as a basis for design.The laws and norms corresponding to Landscape planning&design and the park management should be improved.In particular,other factors affecting the safety in landscape design should be fully explained in the landscape occupation standard.Develop standards scientific and detailed,mandatory compliance should be raised to the national standard or the legal level.When the park is open,manager operate and management park by the concept of large area.Work closely with the administrative departments in charge to create a good travel environment.To understand the demands of tourists,so that the views of tourists become the guide of the park development;and enhance visitor's sense of participation in the park management;According to the process of urbanization gradually change the park's positioning.Gradually improve the infrastructure from the country forest park to the city park.
