With the continuous development of greening gardens in China,the use of gardening tools is more frequent,and hand-held gardening tools are more and more well known to the public.This paper takes hand-held gardening tools as the research object,mainly using the methods of human-machine environment system and Kansei engineering,to study the relationship between the characteristics of color,material and surface treatment technology in the human-machine environment system and the user's perceptual image in representative sample products.The purpose is to provide a reliable design basis for CMF designers and manufacturers in the design of hand-held garden tools CMF,establish a reference for the design of hand-held garden tools CMF,shorten the design cycle of color,material and surface treatment technology,and improve the market competitiveness of domestic hand-held garden tools products.Product CMF design is the design of product color,material and surface treatment process.Product design can not be separated from human-machine environment system.In the current research of CMF design,there are few studies on CMF design based on human-machine environment system.In CMF design,regardless of human,machine and environment,the color,material and surface treatment technology of products will be affected.Therefore,the product CMF design research based on man-machine environment system has a strong research nature.Firstly,through the performance of color,material and surface treatment technology in representative products,the reference sample group conforming to CMF design is sorted out,and then the man-machine environment system of hand-held gardening tools is systematically elaborated.The research on color,material and surface treatment technology is carried out from the man-machine subsystem,machine environment subsystem and man-machine environment subsystem of man-machine environment system,respectively.According to the performance of the human-machine environment system in the CMF design,the CMF evaluation index which accords with the characteristics of human-machine environment is summarized,and then the corresponding sample group selection is obtained according to the weight score of the evaluation index.Then,through the perceptual research results of product CMF design,the obtained CMF design reference is applied to the actual project.According to the final design scheme,a semantic difference questionnaire is established to verify the feasibility of the design scheme and image scale model from the perspective of color and material.This paper chooses tea picker as a hand-held gardening tool CMF design and research product.Through the whole process,we have a certain understanding of the integrated design of human-machine environment system and CMF design,and have a profound understanding of the whole product process from proposal to production.According to the customer's design needs,determine the customer's intentions and target positioning,complete product modeling and CMF design,and design the final plan.The results show that the reference model of color,material and surface treatment process can be obtained by combining the characteristics of man-machine environment system with CMF design perception experiment.On this basis,product CMF design can be completed quickly and effectively.
