Research On Hand-Held Controller Of Vehicle Hub Beating Instrument

With the using of embedded technology in the traditional manufacturing industries, some test devices are took over by the hand-held terminal. Base on this application background, we design a hand-held controller of vehicle hub beating instrument to meet the demand of enterprises.Based on the ARM9microprocessor and Linux system, this article is to design a graphical user interface of vehicle hub beating instrument. We can send the command to operate the machine、collect and display these data by using the interface. At the same time the system can do digital filtering and harmonic analyzing with these data, and then it can send the result and original data to management center. In addition to these functions, the system has keyboard modules and data storage module for data analyzing and information input.After determining the whole structure of the system, this paper detailedly introduced the hardware circuit design and the principle of every part, then it shows the detail how to develop software platform of Linux system, including establishing the surrounding of Linux system、modifying and transplanting the system code、write the driver source of hardware device; Then this paper introduces how to develop the graphical user interface by using Qt/Embedded and how to deal with collecting data; at last the author do some debugging for the system function. Experiment show the system meet the design requirement and has proved the feasibly of the system.
