In recent years,with the general attention of garden enterprises to R&D and production quality management and the rapid spread of information technology,the gap between different brands of garden tool products is becoming smaller and smaller,and the function is no longer the only means of product competition..As an important attribute that makes garden tools and products stand out from the crowd,form has gradually been valued by major garden tools companies.The innovation of form design will become an important means of differentiated competition of garden tools.The paper takes the lawn mower as the research object,and the sensibility engineering is the theoretical basis combined with the morphological analysis method.It studies the relationship between the market-competitive modeling elements and the morphological design methods that fit the user's perceptual needs and the consumer's emotional image.The purpose is to provide a strong basis for garden tool product designers and garden tool manufacturers in the appearance design of garden tools.Firstly,the paper analyzes the morphological design method and morphological elements of garden tool products,and then analyzes the morphological analysis and morphological design methods of samples with typical garden tools,and then finds out the description of consumers' perception of garden tools.Vocabulary,which measures the lexical pair of image semantics as the evaluation factor,uses the semantic difference method to quantify the perceptual evaluation of the subject,and explores the mapping relationship between morphological features,morphological design and image semantics.Finally,the sample model is validated by establishing a multiple linear regression model to prove the reliability of the model.The research results show that the mapping relationship between the morphological characteristics of the garden tool products,the morphological design method and the image semantics can enable the designer to more accurately grasp the consumer image and simultaneously transform it into a more competitive design element.Design garden tools products that meet market needs.
