The corrugated steel web composite beam is a new steel-concrete composite structure with corrugated steel web instead of the traditional concrete web.The force is clear,the concrete top and bottom plates are resistant to bending and the steel webs are shear resistant,which can make full use of the steel and concrete materials respective advantages,at the same time,effectively solve the cracking problem of the traditional concrete bridge web.Compared with traditional reinforced concrete box girder bridges,the corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge greatly reduces the weight of the upper structure and the project volume of lower structure,reduces the cost,realizes the light weight of the bridge,and improves the stability of structure,strength and material utilization ratio.Since China has built the first composite beam bridge with corrugated steel webs,Corrugated steel webs are becoming more and more widely used,it is necessary to study the construction technology of corrugated steel webs.Firstly,the present situation of composite construction technology of corrugated steel webs is analyzed at home and abroad,the research objectives and research contents of the subject are clarified;Secondly,the engineering survey of Hongyun bridge on Fujiang River in Mianyang city is introduced,it's mainly including:project background,engineering geological condition,overall design of bridge,bridge structure design,bridge deck system design,etc.Then the key construction technology of corrugated steel web box girder of Hongyun bridge on Fujiang River in Mianyang city is analysised and researched in detail,it's mainly including:Comparison and selection of construction schemes for hanging basket,research of main construction technology of corrugated steel webs,and construction quality control difficulties and disposal measures.Finally,the design and calculation of the hanging basket of the corrugated steel web box girder of the Hongyun bridge on Fujiang River in Mianyang city are carried out,the main truss,post anchorage system,crossbeam,longitudinal beam and suspension system are designed and checked.The calculation further verifies the importance of corrugated steel webs to reduce the weight of the upper structure.The construction technology of corrugated steel webs box girder of Hongyun Bridge on Fujiang River in Mianyang City is studied,which provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
