The globalization of the economy and trade has prompted the maritime transport industry to flourish,and the requirements for ship safety have increased.Due to the difference with the terrestrial environment,static electricity,fire,electric welding,lightning and other factors on the ship are important causes of ship fires.The special environment of the ship also led to special circumstances such as crowded escape passages and susceptibility to rupture after the hull,resulting in more casualties.In response to these special points,this paper studies and designs the ship fire monitoring system.One of the main contents of this paper is to study the hardware part of the ship fire monitoring automation system by considering both theoretical and practical factors.First of all,this paper chooses AT89S52 microprocessor as the ship fire monitoring automation system processor.The processor is mature in design and manufacturing technology,and has the advantages of low power consumption and high performance,so it is the microprocessor of choice in this paper.At the same time,based on the CAN bus communication technology,the temperature acquisition subsystem,hydrogen concentration detection subsystem and smoke concentration detection subsystem of the ship fire monitoring system were designed.The fire temperature monitoring device is based on the AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer.Considering the reliability of the system and the simplicity of the system,it is combined with the DS18B20 digital temperature chip.This can not only directly output the temperature digital signal,but also directly connect to the external control computer.The hydrogen concentration is detected using an MQ-8 gas sensor.The detector of smoke concentration selects an ion smoke detector.At the same time,the TAD-172 smoke alarm is selected to detect the smoke concentration in the cabin of the ship.The design of the alarm takes into consideration the factors such as dustproof,insect proof and white light prevention.Each time the smoke concentration exceeds the limit,an audible and visual alarm will occur to the alarm and detector,and the switching amount at this time will be output through the passive contact of the relay.After the hardware selection and design,this paper also studies the software part of the ship fire monitoring system,and writes the main program of the single-chip computer in the system,the initialization program of SJA1000,the program of CAN bus sending node and the program of CAN bus receiving node.The functions required by this system.Finally,after the design of the entire ship fire monitoring system is completed,the paper analyzes the reliability of the system and provides an anti-interference solution for the possibleinterference conditions of the system.
