In modern society,nuclear power brings us both clean electricity and disaster.In nuclear power plants,the losses caused by fire contributes a significant portion of the economic losses.Though the traditional fire monitoring system plays an important role in ensuring safety in production of nuclear power plants,it failed to combine the fire monitoring and the fire fighting system.According to the actual production status of nuclear power plants,this paper combines the current development trends of fire monitoring and fire fighting dispatching system and carries out systematic research on them.This paper determines the working mechanism as well as the framework of monitoring and fire control dispatching system on the basis of design requirements of the production environment.The system is divided into 4 layers-the underlying monitor,the workshop monitor,the control terminal of controlling room and the scheduling terminal of dispatching room.This paper analyses the working process of the whole system and expounds the relationship between each level in detail.On basis of the system general framework,this paper designs the hardware platform of the system,providing the circuit principle diagram of the main module.In the meantime,the design principle is elucidated in detail,including the double power switching circuit,communication circuit based on Ethernet technology and 3G wireless transmission technology,human-computer interaction module based on external memory interface FSMC and so on.This paper designs the software system on basis of the hardware platform,providing the main subroutine flow as well as the "state transition diagram",and expounds the principle of software design in detail.This paper designs multicast communication subroutine based on the user-defined communication protocol to realize the data interaction between the underlying monitor and the workshop monitor.This paper designs TCP communication subroutine based on the mechanism of heartbeat packets to realize the data interaction between the workshop monitor and the control terminal of controlling room.On basis of the SDIO interface and FATS,this paper designs storage module subroutine to ensured that the data is stored locally.A finite state machine of human-computer interaction module subroutine is designed for multilayer menu of switching function,etc.In view of the fire fighting dispatching system,Floyd-Warshall algorithm is adopted to realize scheduling policy.Fire control scheduling algorithm based on Floyd-Warshall algorithm is able to find the shortest path in the directed weighted graph.Meanwhile,in combination with the practical situation of nuclear power plants,this paper carries out the path optimization calculation.According to the actual situation of the plants,research on the path optimization calculation and the analysis of the fire fighting operation are carried out.A platform of the fire monitoring and fire control dispatching system of nuclear power plants is established to examine the performance of the system.Through the test we find that the measurements tallies with the expectations.
