Project cost management is based on the overall objectives and requirements of the project,through a series of management activities such as organization,implementation,control,tracking,analysis and assessment,to achieve the requirements of reducing engineering costs and achieving profit targets.As the core of cost management,project cost control plays a crucial role in whether the project can achieve cost targets.In recent years,the construction industry has achieved unprecedented development.The rising cost elements of various aspects of the project have made the project participants pay more attention to the cost control of the project.It is extremely urgent to strengthen the cost control in the whole process of the project to achieve the profit target.Based on the above background,BIM technology is introduced as a new solution for cost control of engineering projects.Combined with the "Design Office Office Building" and "Southern Passenger Station Transportation Management Building"projects,the project focuses on the application of cost control in all phases of the project.In-depth research,mainly completed the following work:(1)Explain the concept,content,method and measures of cost control,analyze the concept and characteristics of BIM technology,discuss the data transmission standard of BIM technology,and highlight the characteristics and advantages of IFC standard and gbXML standard.Combining the main purpose of the article,the advantages and disadvantages of BIM core modeling software Archicad,Bentley and Revit are compared,and the Revit core modeling software suitable for the purpose of this paper is selected.(2)Analyze the traditional cost control process and the cost control process based on BIM technology,and expound the problems of traditional cost control in various stages of the project and the application of BIM technology in the corresponding stage,so as to improve the theoretical basis of the thesis.(3)Analyze the advantages brought by the application of BIM technology to the cost control of engineering projects in a phased manner.In the decision-making stage,factors affecting engineering cost are selected,and AHP analytic hierarchy process and BIM history database are combined to compile more accurate investment estimates.In the design stage,Revit is used to establish BIM model,and the engineering quantity is calculated.Combining Ecotect software for energy consumption analysis,using positive Cross-test method,select the window and wall ratio,external wall insulation thickness,external wall heat transfer coefficient,roof insulation thickness and other horizontal factors for analysis,select L9(34)for different enclosure structure scheme energy consumption simulation and cost analysis,fast ratio The best design scheme is selected.At the same time,BIM technology is used for collision detection.The collision points are classified according to hard collision,soft collision and collision area,and the economic benefit of BIM collision detection is estimated.The construction phase is combined with the southern passenger station project and passed BIM.The technology first establishes a refined BIM model,followed by drawing review,engineering quantity statistics,construction site layout,and scene roaming,expounding the advantages of BIM reduction,accurate calculation,reduction of site secondary handling,and net height position correction.Masonry engineering and installation engineering,optimized by pipeline synthesis and BIM masonry,analysis The calculation concluded that the masonry project saved 220,000 yuan and the installation project saved 340,000 yuan.
