Xi jinping in the party’s general secretary 19 big report for the first time put forward the strategy of rejuvenating "country",the central file no.1(2018)about the implementation of rural revitalization of opinion and to the specific requirements of the revitalization of rural culture.With the continuous progress of the rural economy,local culture with the ancient agricultural civilization arises at the historic moment,it is a product of agricultural civilization,is the ultimate strength of national ambition and centripetal force,is developed in the whole Chinese nation spirit rely on and the door of wisdom.For rural planning,however,local culture is ignored,many problems exist,concentrated expression in the local culture protection mechanism is not complete,lack of local talent,desalination of inheriting carrier,rural planning and imitate the city,don’t pay attention to cultural characteristics,supporting infrastructure is not a lack of architectural design,etc.In order to overcome these problems,this paper discusses how to realize the protection and inheritance of rural culture through reasonable rural planning.From local,culture and native culture and the concept of rural planning,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign related theory and practice of building rural rural planning,draw lessons from the UK,Japan and other typical cases of rural construction at home and abroad,summed up the technique of expression of local culture in rural planning.Last ditch town planning and use of local culture in Berlin,for example,through the material form of ancient town and local culture protection and inheritance of non-material form as a planning and design strategies,aims to explore the performance of the local culture in rural planning method.On this basis,focusing on rural planning involves all the elements of local culture,including the landscape style,protection of the township,old buildings,the construction of agricultural production,a total ofculture and the unique spiritual culture in detail in this paper.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis for the protection and inheritance of rural culture in the rural planning of guangyuan and even the whole country.
