In industrial production,too high or too low power in power distribution room of factories can affect the normal use efficiency and service life of various industrial equipments,and even endanger personal safety.The diversification of working environment in traditional power distribution room of factories has great intensity of manual inspection,and there are many potential safety hazards.There is no modern function of power detection and data remote transmission,plus wisdom.With the widespread use of mobile phones,factory workers are more willing to view the operation status of power distribution room at any time through mobile phones.This paper proposes the research and development of remote monitoring and control system for power distribution room,which integrates power detection and remote control functions.It realizes that current and power data in power distribution room can be viewed at any time through mobile phone APP,remote alarm control for power distribution room and remote control of power equipment in factory.Switch control and variable frequency speed control of electrical equipment.Firstly,this paper analyses the development of intelligent distribution room and the research status of power detection technology at home and abroad,puts forward the main research contents of this paper,analyses the demand of detection and control in factory distribution room,and power analysis of plant electrical equipment,uses embedded technology,wireless transmission technology and remote control technology to establish the research scheme of remote monitoring system in distribution room.The remote monitoring system is composed of on-site detection unit and remote control unit.The on-site detection unit works in the power distribution room of the factory,including sensor module,main controller module,LCD display module,GPRS wireless communication module,WIFI module,relay module and instruction sending module.The remote control unit works in every workshop of the factory,including slave controller module,instruction receiving module.Module,relay module,frequency converter module.The hardware part of the remote monitoring system takes AD10 as the hardware circuit development platform,completes the circuit design of the main control board of the field detection unit and the slave control board of the remote control unit,the selection of each module and the corresponding hardware PCB circuit design;the software part of the remote monitoring system takes Keil uVision 5 as the software development platform,completes the overall design of the system program and the collection of current power.Program design,data display program design,remote alarm short message program design,command receiving and receiving program design,relay closure program design and frequency conversion speed control program design,realizing the real-time acquisition and field display of current power data between power distribution plants,as well as remote alarm short message transmission.Through the application of Android Studio development environment to the development and design of mobile phone APP based on Android system,control WIFI module to establish communication between main controller and mobile phone APP,transmit the detected current and power data wirelessly to mobile phone APP for real-time display,remote switch control of factory power equipment through mobile phone APP,and frequency conversion and speed regulation of factory power equipment by monitoring system.Control,realize the remote detection of current and power data in factory distribution room and the remote control of power equipment by mobile APP.After the software and hardware development of the monitoring system is completed,the monitoring system is debugged and functional tests of each module are carried out to check the stability and reliability of its operation.After continuous experiments and repeated tests,the monitoring system runs well and its main functions are realized on schedule.
