With the ever-expanding scale of the global economy,various industries have put forward higher requirements for the productivity of their industries,and electronic and electrical equipment has become a key part of the efficient and rapid development of many industries.At present the power supply methods of electrical and electronic equipment are mainly divided into wired power supply mode and wireless power supply mode.Contrast with the traditional wired power supply mode,the wireless power supply mode has the characteristics of high security,convenient convenience and excellent environmental protection.It has met the power supply requirements of low-voltage and low-power civil equipment,and can provide normal power supply for equipment in complex specific environments where wired power supply 1s difficult in the future.The reliability and stability of the wireless power transmission equipment can be measured by its indicators?and the function and performance of the equipment can meet the requirements of different working conditions(coil space position,inverter frequency and load,etc.)according to various indicators result.The automatic detection method has the advantages of small detection error and short period Contrast with the manual detection method.The thesis studies and designs the wireless power transmission equipment and the automatic detection system for the automatic detection of the small power inductive wireless power transmission index,and builds the actual platform.Physical verification of hardware and software solutions.Inductive wireless energy transmission devices include power transmitters and receivers.The power transmission range of the transmitter is a millimeter-scale short-range transmission with a maximum transmission power of 5W.The automatic detection system consists of a mechanical positioning device built with a small error slide,a turntable,a stepping motor and a clamp,and an electrical control cabinet with a powerful main controller STM32F103 single chip as the core.The design makes the system has the characteristics of high control precision and strong mobility.which can leet the requirelents of the transmitter in the three dimensions of space to achieve automatic and accurate positioning according to the set detection process.At the same time,under different working conditions,the wireless power transmission equipment uses the inter-integrated circuit communication between the completed system and the obtained source electrical parameters to obtain the relevant electrical energy indexes.In the overall construction and joint adjustment of the hardware and software transmission equipment and automatic detection system hardware and software,the system has the functions of automatically locating the transmitter according to the predetermined detection process,obtaining relevant data normally,and displaying and refreshing the human-machine interface.Finally,the detection system is used to automatically detect the wireless power indexes under different working conditions,and the relevant test results are obtained,which verifies the feasibility of the overall scheme design of the wireless power index automatic detection system.
