The working characteristics of the construction vehicle is different from that of other vehicles.There is a feature of large heat production in it,so it is indispensable for the research of the radiator of the engineering vehicle.This paper studies and analyzes the air-cooled plate radiator,which can be used to cool the engine coolant.The plate radiator has the advantages of simple manufacturing process,light weight and no clogging.Firstly,the paper introduce the classification of the heat sink and give the fluid control equation and related performance parameters and the evaluation criteria of the radiator.The three-dimensional model of the three types of unit bodies A,B and C on the liquid side of the plate radiator is established.The two variable parameter unit rotation angles ? and the height h of the protrusions are given,and then the unit body is meshed and set bounded Conditional.Secondly,numerical simulation of the variable parameter structure of the three types of unit bodies is carried out,and the resistance and heat transfer performance are analyzed.According to the comprehensive performance evaluation standard of the radiator,the appropriate unit structure is selected,and the most suitable of the three types of unit bodies are selected.The superior structure and the plate-frozen unit structure were compared and analyzed.After the analysis of the liquid side structure,the different opening angles and different opening directions of the gas louver fins were numerically simulated to analyze the resistance and heat transfer performance and heat transfer efficiency.Thirdly,after the analysis of the liquid side and gas side structures is completed,the optimal structure is selected to establish the overall three-dimensional model of the plate radiator,and the liquid side and gas side structures are replaced by the porous medium model to avoid the problem of insufficient computer performance.The numerical simulation of the whole heat sink is carried out,and then the test data and simulation results are compared.The error of the simulation result is within 15%,indicating that the simulation is feasible.Comparing the ratio Q/?p of the heatdissipation amount Q and the pressure drop ?p of the plate radiator and the plate fin radiator at different air flow rates,comparing the heat dissipation amount Q of the plate radiator and the plate fin radiator under different inflow rates The ratio of the pressure drop ?p is Q/?p.It is known that the Q/?p of the plate type heat sink is higher than the Q/?p of the plate fin type heat sink.Moreover,the unit mass heat dissipation of the plate type heat sink is also higher than the unit mass heat dissipation of the plate fin type heat sink.The A-plate is easier to manufacture than the C-plate,so the A-plate structure is the best in terms of overall performance and manufacturing.Finally,the uniformity of the flow distribution of the radiator has an influence on the heat transfer performance of the radiator.In this paper,45 radiator models with different inlet and outlet positions are established for numerical simulation analysis.According to the inlet position,5 groups of data are obtained,and the flow distribution is obtained from it.The most uniform structure.
