The design of the station is divided into three parts: conceptual design, basic design and key design. In the conceptual design phase, the main work is to analyze the customer's needs, translate the requirements into design requirements and functions, and based on the function to ultimately generate the design process. In this process,we mainly need to complete the following main tasks: collecting customer needs, establishing a plan generation model that can transform customer needs into design plans, and making and selecting solutions. The concept design of the workstation completes the task of generating the workstation design solution, which can show the man-machine method ring module of the workstation(what is there),the parameters of the workstation modules need to be designed, and the corresponding concepts, but such a scheme only exists in Among the drawings,a design method is needed to convert the solution in the conceptual design field into a concrete object, and determine the specific parameters such as the size and size of the space.Such a design method is the basic design. The workstation is a man-operated and dangerous product. Therefore, the specific size and structural parameters of each module in the workstation in the basic design should be designed based on human factors. In the conceptual design process, the requirements are divided into six modules of human and material method loop measurement. The basic design will establish a human factor based parameter design method for these six modules. The “person” module design is related to the physical measurement data of the workstation worker and the scope of the operating range caused by the “worker” module. The “machine” module and the “material” module are designed according to the corresponding principles and constraints, and they are designed in the “person” module. The position and distance in the field of view of the operating range, the "method" module is the mental information load of the worker during operation, and the " environment" module is designed for the external environment operated by the worker such as temperature ventilation lighting. After designing the specific size parameters of each module on the station,it is necessary to position each module and optimize it based on human factors. At this time,a systematic evaluation method is needed to evaluate the pre-optimization and optimization schemes.Inferior to verify the effectiveness of the station optimization design method given in this paper, this is the key design. To carry out the evaluation,it is necessary to establish the evaluation indicators. There are many evaluation indicators of the work station design plan, such as the efficiency of the work station, the process quality ability, the load of the workers, etc. Some indicators have been optimized in the design process, for example, based on The basic design of human factors reduces the workload of workers, ensures the worker's work comfort, indirectly improves the work efficiency of the work station, and reduces the possibility of quality defects on the work station. However, the information load of workers when working at the station and the uncertainty faced by the designer when designing the station according to the method of this paper are not fully optimized. Therefore, this paper will design with complexity and body load as indicators.Evaluation of the program.
