| The fully automatic operation system greatly reduces the physical workload of the dispatching team members and improves the efficiency of task execution.But it also greatly increases the pressure of monitoring task content and cognitive decision-making,especially the uncertainty of team task processing under the emergency scenarios becomes more prominent.The remote monitoring tasks of the operation control center traffic dispatching team completely replaced the direct control of the train by the train driver,thus making its tasks present many new changes,such as the uncertainty of cognitive strategy selection under time pressure and the increase of difficulty of interactive interface management.The complexity of the system,the coupling and the fuzziness of internal behavior lead to the"automation surprise" of team members as well as the over-dependence and extreme rejection of automation.These changes will lead to higher complexity of the traffic dispatching team tasks,especially in the face of dynamic changes in the information of the automation system and uneven workload distribution,more prone to errors,which will bring direct risks to the system safety and even cause catastrophic accidents.Therefore,to accurately and effectively measure the complexity of the task of FAO traffic dispatching team and analyze the impact of the complexity of the task is an urgent problem to be solved to ensure the safety of FAO operation.The main innovative work of this dissertation is as follows:1)A method which to define the essence of the task of the FAO traffic dispatching team by using the problem method,and analyzes the interaction process of the team task by using the cognitive engineering theory,so as to realize the construction of the FAO traffic dispatching team task network model was established.Aiming at the shortcomings of the nature research team tasks,according to the methods of problem from the tasks to be independent of the behavior,the tasks to be independent of the physical environment,whether the relationship between the complexity and task complexity and four dimensions depends on the observer to systematic analysis of the nature of the task team,made clear based on network theory to build the necessity of team task model.2)A 3-dimensional conceptual model of the task complexity of the FAO traffic dispatching team was proposed and constructed,which provideed a theoretical basis for the measurement and analysis of the team task complexity.By reviewing,organizing and reconstructing 163 literatures related to the concept of team task complexity,a 3-dimensional conceptual model including the dimension of structural characteristics,the dimension of problem space and the dimension of information connection was proposed,and the mapping relationship between the model and team task process was established.The validity of the conceptual model was proved and its denotation,connotation and subjectivity and objectivity are clarified.The effectiveness of the 3-dimension conceptual model was illustrated by taking the typical emergency team task of FAO control center as an example.3)The comprehensive measurement model of the FAO traffic dispatching team task complexity was proposed,which provided an effective quantitative method for measuring the teamt task complexity.Based on TC method and network structure entropy,a comprehensive measurement model of team task complexity was proposed,which was composed of internal complexity of network nodes Nodecom-inside and external complexity of network nodes Nodecom-outnside The accuracy of the measurement model is verified by ergonomic experiments on the simulation platform of FAO traffic dispathering task.The significant correlation between the calculated value of the comprehensive measurement model under the typical team task scenario and the three performance variables of team task completion time TeamTIME,team task workload TeamWORKLOAD and team task subjective complexity TeamSUBCOMPLEXITY was proved.The effectiveness of the comprehensive measurement model compared with the existing task complexity quantization methods was also analyzed and illustrated4)The team task complexity analysis method based on network characteristic index was proposed,and the effectiveness of which in the task complexity source analysis of FAO dispatching team was proved.Characteristic index which contains node/average degrees,cluster coefficient and average shortest path length and the overall efficiency of the team,including task complexity analysis feature index,has realized the team mission and anti-destroying ability analysis,the characteristics of network and with the FAO under different scenarios and GOAL-GOA4 of the same scene complexity analysis method was verified feasibility,prove the correctness of the source of the complexity of the method is used for analysis,to study the formation mechanism of team task complexity provided the scientific basis. |
