The construction of ecological civilization is the millennium of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Adhering to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,Green Water Mountain is the concept of Jinshan Yinshan.Guided by the concept of “life community”,the development of land space remediation planning,especially the rectification of space zoning,is to implement ecological civilization and promote the sustainable development of China's land space.Sustainable development,promotion of environmental protection of regional resources,and ensuring national ecological security,resource security,environmental safety and food security are important guarantees.Considering that China's existing land space control research considers the influence of landscape water,lake and grass,etc.,it analyzes the environmental damage,land and water resources constraints caused by mining activities in the mine-land-village complex area,and proposes a comprehensive Research on land remediation divisions and corresponding remediation projects is rare.To this end,this paper takes the Daqing River Basin where the Xiong'an New District is located as an example,combined with the resources,environment,economy,society and population analysis of the area,to carry out the land consolidation strategy zoning and development model in the comprehensive development of the future land space of the area.Research,in order to try to give development advice for the Millennium Development Plan of Xiong'an New District from the perspective of resource and environment supply.The main research contents of the full text include:1.According to the characteristics and differences of China's current land space planning,comprehensive remediation planning,and economic population development planning,a literature review method is proposed for the specific research area and specific scope.2.Taking the upper reaches of the Daqing River Basin where Xiong'an New Area is located as the object,according to the idea of mine-land-town synergy development,construct a mesoscale and multi-factor remediation partition evaluation system suitable for the area,and use GIS spatial analysis technology to propose The specific method flow of space management and control analysis of remediation planning in this area.3.Combining the natural conditions,social economy and land use characteristics of the area above the Xiong'an New Area in the Daqing River Basin,the specific remediation divisions of different landforms of mountains,hills,low mountains and plains in the area are proposed,and suggestions for remediation engineering models of each area are given.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:1.The key obstacles to the control of land remediation in the upper section of the Xiong'an New District of the Daqing River Basin are mainly topography(altitude,slope,slope direction),soil,mining,etc.The key problem or challenge facing remediation is low soil nutrient content.The soil and water loss is serious and the land utilization rate is low.2.Based on the concept of “life community”,the remediation area of the area involves 3 large areas and 21 second-level areas,of which the mountainous,low-mountain-hill and plain remediation areas are distributed in the upstream,middle and downstream of the basin.The key issues for land remediation in different areas are different,including soil erosion control,soil fertility,and farmland remediation.3.From the perspective of remediation direction and remediation mode,the development of mountain areas should be based on ecological protection;the hilly-low mountain transition area should focus on the impact of mining activities,focusing on the coordinated development of mine-ground-water;the downstream Xiong'an New Area and Baiyangdian waters should pay attention to the combination of cultivated land development and utilization and water protection.
