This paper takes the first batch of pilot enterprises A company as the research object,takes the time sequence as the clue,analyses the process of A company's mixing,evaluates the effect of Assets Preservation and increment and the changes of performance evaluation before and after the reform of A company's mixed ownership,summarizes the relevant mixing of the company,and puts forward universal suggestions for mixed enterprises.In the main part,this paper firstly combs the basic theory of mixed ownership reform,as well as the related research results of performance and mixed ownership reform at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper introduces the mixing process of A company,and analyses the key problems in the mixing process of A company.Then,through the dimensionless treatment and comparison of the relevant indicators,the paper understands the trend of capital preservation and appreciation as well as the related changes in performance of the company in the past few years,evaluates the effect of the company's mixing and summarizes the relevant experience.It is found that for A company,mixing is a healthy way to benefit the development of the company,because it promotes the cross-integration of different capital to a certain extent.In the process of mixing,the experience of A company has certain learning significance.The main purpose of mixing is to merge and reorganize constantly.After completing the reform of mixed ownership,the scale of A company has expanded rapidly in the short term,and the profit and asset scale have doubled.From the analysis of indicators,the effect of capital preservation and value added has been constantly emerging,and the score of performance is also gradually rising,showing good news.Finally,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the related matters that should be paid attention to in the process of mixing reform.
