Based On The Research On The State-owned Capital Operation Of Guodian Power Under The Background Of Mixed-ownership Reform

With the continuous development of the state-owned economy,the reform of my country's state-owned enterprises is also deepening.If state-owned enterprises want to introduce social capital to improve their business performance and governance efficiency,and optimize their shareholding structure,they must advance the process of mixed ownership reform.On the one hand,it can deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises;on the other hand,it can effectively support the continuous development of the non-public sector of the economy.Capital operation has become an indispensable and effective way for state-owned enterprises to introduce social capital and stimulate market vitality.It has greatly accelerated the process of state-owned enterprises' economic transformation and continued to improve the industrial structure of state-owned enterprises.State-owned enterprises can make rational use of capital through capital operation business,ensure that the value of capital continues to increase,make better use of capital,protect state-owned capital from idleness and avoid the loss of state-owned assets.In 2017,the country convened the Central Economic Work Conference,which reflected the idea that effective policies must be implemented in seven major areas,including electricity.Deepening the reform of mixed ownership in the power industry shows an irreversible development trend of electric enterprises.Guodian is a leading company in the electric industry and a pioneer in deepening the reform of mixed ownership in the electric industry.The process of mixed reform is relatively mature.Analyzing its state-owned capital operation can not only summarize the advanced experience of the electric industry's mixed reform,but also find the problems in the process of its capital operation and improve it.It can provide experience for reference to the capital operation methods adopted by other electric companies in the mixed ownership reform in the future.This article takes Guodian as the research object,analyzed the reasons and the history of the mixed reform of Guodian,carried out a comparative study on the equity structure,capital structure and operating performance of Guodian.Evaluate the state-owned capital operation status of Guodian after the mixed reform,summarize the problems existing in the capital operation of Guodian,and put forward feasible suggestions to improve the capital operation status of Guodian,which will play a certain role for the electric companies that implement the mixed reform in the future.
