Study On Refined Cost Management Of X Railway Project

Compared with foreign advanced transnational construction enterprises,some railway construction enterprises in our country have low production efficiency and high construction cost.The main reason is that the management cost is not refined enough to use scientific management theory and method to manage project cost.Refine management is a scientific management concept,it refers to the use of various measures to reduce waste,promote the level of production management,to ensure that enterprises obtain more profits.There are more than 1000 enterprises implementing fine management in China,among which there are many large-scale enterprises,such as Haier Group.These enterprises are all successful implementers of fine cost management.Their management practice has fully proved the role and significance of fine cost management.In this study,the X railway project as a practical case,the influencing factors of project cost are analyzed.,the use of fine management theory to carry out in-depth study of cost management.Firstly,the cost plan of X railway project is worked out,and the cost target of X railway project is analyzed and determined.Then we should earnestly implement the X railway project cost plan,strictly implement the cost management measures,and implement the responsibility system of cost management;carry out regular or irregular cost checks to find out if there is any deviation in the implementation of the X railway project cost plan,so as to rectify it in time.Real-time cost analysis of X railway project,summarize good cost management experience,modify unreasonable management system,improve cost plan,ensure the refinement of cost management,guard against the adverse effects of various factors on project cost,in order to achieve the actual effect of fine cost management.and has a good application prospect.
