Research On The Development Strategy Of JF Company New Energy Vehicle

Automobile industry is one of the pillar industries in China.China's automobile production and sales volume has been the first in the world for more than 10 years,which has a profound impact on China's economic development.With the increasingly prominent contradictions between China's economic development and energy security and environmental protection,in recent years,the government and society have made more and more calls for energy-saving and environmentally friendly cars,government has issued lots regulations and guidance documents to manage and guide the development of China's automobile industry,striving to become an automobile powerhouse.Under these circumstances,China's automobile enterprises are facing severe upgrading pressure,how to lay out the existing resources to meet the future challenges has become an urgent problem for major automobile enterprises.JF company is currently the first domestic production and sales of commercial vehicle enterprise,has a significant impact on the domestic commercial vehicle market.How to layout enterprise resources to meet the challenges above is a decisive factor that affects whether JF company can maintain market share and sustainable development in the future.In this paper,through reading and research related materials,using macroscopic environmental analysis(PEST analysis),Porter Five-force model analysis,SWOT analysis and other scientific methods to analyze JF company's current internal and external environment,finally summarize JF company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Based on the results,this paper has proposed the strategic objectives and diversified development strategy of new energy vehicles in line with the actual situation of JF company,and gives the implementation measures of the strategy and the suggestions of safeguard measures.The development of new energy vehicle is a major opportunity for China's automobile industry,if JF company can take the opportunity,significantly improve the technical level of new energy vehicles and the development level of industrialization,it is expected to support China's automobile industry to get rid of the relatively poor situation of key technology and over-reliance on multinational corporations,and to support China to realize a leap in the automobile industry,which is of great practical significance to realize the automobile strategic vision of China.At the same time,this paper also has reference significance for other automobile enterprises in China.
