Study On The Integration And Renewal Of Public Space In Taigu Ancient City

At present,the transformation period of urban construction and development in our country,the small-scale,step-by-step urban renewal has attracted much attention.In this process,the feelings of space users are emphasized,so the importance of urban public space emerges.Urban public space is a complex system with different hierarchical structures,which can be microscopic and macroscopic.On this basis,the differentiation of public space elements and the integration of elements can find solutions at different levels.The integration of public space reflects the inclusiveness and diversity of space,and the study of integration is conducive to a clearer understanding of the public space system.According to the form of space,this paper attempts to divide the public space of Taigu ancient city into three levels: dot public space,linear public space and planar public space,which provides a new idea for the integration of public space in Taigu ancient city.The specific contents are as follows: first of all,this paper introduces the historical evolution and current land classification of Taigu ancient city,reflecting the position of public space in the ancient city.Secondly,by recording the present situation of three kinds of public space,such as point,line and surface,this paper summarizes the specific characteristics and leading factors of each kind of public space,and analyzes the problems existing in space,function and context.Then the paper integrates the internal contradiction points of the space,divides the integration mode of all kinds of public space,and focuses on the integration of node space and the transformation of boundary space.Finally,the integration of public space is reviewed from two aspects of public space and public activities.The motivation of public space integration is analyzed,and then the policy and spatial optimization strategy are put forward at the macro level.The results show that the node space of Taigu ancient city is linearly covered along the street,and the node distribution of the three main streets is similar,which mainly has the problems of low spatial development degree,single function and lack of spatial elements.The street space of the ancient city occupies an important position,the boundary space is rich.But the function of the street space is single,the boundary space is used in chaos,the historical style is broken and discontinuous.The park green space and historical relics on the whole block scale are weakly related to other elements.On this basis,the basic idea of integration is put forward: the point public space is mainly integrated through the construction of spatialscale and the improvement of spatial elements.The linear public space is mainly integrated through the connection of the point public space,the transformation of boundary space and the integration of architectural facade to strengthen the continuity of space.The planar public space is mainly integrated through to maintain the continuation of its function and strengthen the integration of historical relics and the surrounding environment,which can create the integrity of the space network.
