In recent years,with the rise of intelligent manufacturing,thermocouple manufacturers need to increase production capacity through factory automation.This paper uses the servo system as a carrier for the thermocouple time constant detection and the automatic process of sorting this important part according to the time constant.A time constant based thermocouple sorting system was designed.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the input process to detect the thermocouple time constant process flow and sorting process design mechanical structure hardware,through speed performance and airflow heat dissipation method,remove the preheating process of the input method,reduce the thermocouple time Process error for constant detection.Secondly,according to the requirements of input and output quantity,program capacity,control method,etc.,the Mitsubishi FX-3GA model PLC is selected as the main controller to control the system as a whole,and the sorting system is designed in combination with the servo driver and servo motor.Then,the system control program was written by GX Works2 to realize the thermocouple time constant detection and the automatic control according to the time constant sorting.Designed a human-computer interaction interface with GT Designer to facilitate workers to change parameters and monitor device operation.Finally,in order to improve the system performance,the speed optimization control of the electromechanical servo system is performed.In the position mode,the motor running speed is changed by changing the pulse frequency of the output.The integral identification method is used to identify the moment of inertia of the system,and the inertia identification value is obtained.The pulse output frequency curve is optimized by the identification value,and the pulse output frequency of the optimized servo system is controlled to improve the system without affecting the stability.Sorting efficiency.The time constant-based thermocouple sorting system designed in this paper has been verified by trial and error to prove its accuracy and stability in the thermocouple sorting process,the accuracy of time constant detection,and the feasibility of speed optimization.
