Incremental Costing Control Research For Precast Building

With the speeding of urbanization and sustainable building,it is a megatrend for precast building in China construction industry.Traditional construction method can not meet China's sustainable and green building policy due to its high energy,resources and labor consumption.For precast building,components are manufactured in the well-organized plant instead of on job site.At present,the cost per squaremeter for precasting building is higher than traditional building.This is not good for precasting building adoption in China construstruction market.It will be practical to the whole industry to make a deep analysis for the whole production process for precast building.This article will start from a project to compare total cost built by precasting and traditional construction.Based on this comparison,we conclude that major cost increase for incremental costing comes from components.After that,a deep analysis for the whole process,including design,installation,manufacturing and management,for precasting building and traditional construstction will be done.Based on that,try to find out the reasons to increase precasting components costing from components design,production,delivery and installation.Use value project method to propose how to decrease components costing.The analysis starts from design stage for precast building to find out which factors to influence precast building's total cost.After that,we consider the manufactureing process for precast components to find out how to improve cost.In terms of installation,to explore the impact on costing from the installation model and technology.To adopt existing cost estimation model to estimate incremental cost for precast building.
