At present,in the power system,the biggest difference between the station battery pack and the station AC power is the energy storage component of the battery pack,and this effect is consistently considered as the last line of defense of the power system.The battery,as a component of the DC power supply in the substation power supply,plays an important role.On the one hand,it can provide a reliable,safe and stable environment for power protection in the secondary system of the power system,and on the other hand,it can be a substation.The control,protection and the normal operation of the communication equipment provide protection.However,the battery also has certain drawbacks,lacking perfect automatic monitoring technology and remote control technology,especially the remote control technology based on the charging and discharging technology of the battery pack.Therefore,this study starts from the actual situation in Anyang,and uses the system design of hardware and software to monitor the voltage,capacity and internal resistance of the battery based on the battery pack monitoring requirements,so as to realize the system upgrade of the battery pack monitoring scheme for the station.Based on the theory of relevant design ideas,this paper establishes the overall design and process of the system based on performance requirements and system functions.The overall design consists of three parts,namely system hardware,software design and database design.The system is mainly composed of three parts: on-site power monitoring terminal,monitoring platform and network data transmission.Finally,based on the battery in the station of Anyang,research and development of the monitoring program for the battery pack for substation,according to the actual situation,the selection of the relevant measurement hardware sensor,and the design and application of the technical solution for detection;on this basis,The functional programming of the upper computer and lower computer software functions of the system was carried out.According to the system requirements,the ER map and database including user rights were designed.The intelligent improved neural network algorithm was adopted to monitor the battery condition.The input of the quantity is analyzed to obtain the health status of the battery pack and the Soc value.Finally,the hardware implementation of the entire system is installed,debugged,and demonstrated.The research content of this paper provides a reference for the application of the automatic monitoring scheme of the DC side battery pack,which is beneficial to further realize the intelligentization of the power grid.
