The gears of interference assembly is widely used in aerospace,rail transit and construction machinery and other fileds because the advantages of simple structure,good neutral,large bearing capacity and good impact resistance.However,the tooth will change after interference assembly,which will affect the transmission of the gear.At present,scholars at homes and abroad pay little attention to the transmission and meshing characteristics of interference assembled gears.Therefore,it is necessary to study the change of gear meshing transmission after interference assembly.This thesis takes the interference fit model of gear and shaft as the research object,the effects of interference assembly on tooth shape and side clearance,coincidence degree,transmission efficiency and meshing line of gears will be studied.Based on the Latin American formula,an analytical model was established for the contact surface pressure and the radial displacement of the involute gear-shaft interference assembly,and the maximum interference amount will be obtained when the fitting surface was free from plastic deformation.By using ANSYS to simulate the contact stress and radial displacement,the correctness of the analytical formula is verified.At the same time,the effects of interference fit parameters such as friction coefficient and interference amount onradial displacement and contact surface stress will be studied.In the amount of interference,the gear tooth surface contact stress and radial displacement on the basis of the theoretical calculation,study the effect of interference on gear assembly clearance,considering the thermal deformation,lubricating oil,the influence of the bearing and the elastic deformation of lateral clearance,determine the formula of the gear pair minimum clearance,the interference the changes of the gear contact ratio and transmission efficiency of the assembly,and to explore the interference amount and the friction coefficient of contact ratio,the influence of the meshing line length and transmission efficiency.In order to improve the accuracy of calculation and the universality of research results,this paper developed a calculation system based on MATLAB GUI,which can complete the calculation of interference assembly stress and strain,gear pair side clearance,gear pair mesh line length,gear pair coincidence degree and transmission efficiency.Through the work of this paper,the new tooth shape coordinates after interference assembly were obtained,the influence of interference fit on gear meshing transmission was analyzed,and the variation trend of transmission and meshing characteristics with parameters was further revealed,providing a theoretical basis for the research on the gear meshing transmission after interference assembly.
