This paper mainly refers to spur-bevel gears transmission which breaks through normal transmission style. It breaks through the normal transmission style between gears. The helix angles of the pair of conjugated gears are not equal to each other. The initiative gear is spur gear with involute gear outline,while the driven gear is bevel gear with involute gear outline and changing helix angle.The principle is as follows:once the fixed constraints of the driven gear axis are unchained and the driven gear componets revolve around the symmetrical center, so the cyclical to-and-fro swing of the component fixed with the driven gear is realized, work cycle is decided by the way the helix angle of the driven gear changes. With different way the helix angle of the driven gear,the work cycle is also different so as to satisfy different functions.This type of transmission overcomes the weaknesses of complex structure and mobile instability of link framework and the weaknesses of small transmission force and short life cycle of cam framework. It has the advantages such as high efficiency,high power,long cycle life,stable transmission,compact structure,small volume and constant transmission ratio,etc.,and is widely applied in food industry,construction industry and military industry.By using differential geometrical meshing principle to deduce math model of straight and inclined gears,the meshing surface equation of gear pair and conjugated gear surface equation are gained,and the meshing characteristics equation was inferred at last.This paper brings forward a kind of two-axis three-freedoms spur-bevel gear transmission structure,analyzed meshing characteristics of this new transmission and working condition of its application.Based on the characteristics of this transmission type,the technical problems of planet gear transmission efficiency and its life-cycle computation were solved and formula for efficiency computation was deduced.Respective geometrical parameters and meshing parameters of the gears were deduced by giving examples,software of Pro/ENGINEER was used to protract the actual product and meshing simulation was carried out to show the meshing transmission structure.
