Intelligent production line is the key to intelligent manufacturing.As a key supporting part of mechanical equipment,inter-process detection of intelligent bearing production is a key technology.The bearing inner ring inner diameter,wall thickness error,roundness,verticality,etc.are important dimensions and shape accuracy indicators of the bearing,which determine the bearing rotation accuracy,assembly accuracy and positioning accuracy.This paper combines the needs of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Intelligent Manufacturing Integrated Standardization and New Model Application" project construction,and the requirements of inter-process detection in intelligent bearing production line,based on the analysis,induction and summary of the bearing inner ring parameter measurement method and measurement principle,the measuring device of inner diameter parameter of bearing inner ring is studied in detail by dynamic analysis,dynamic simulation and error analysis methods.Firstly,according to the requirements of inter-process inspection in the intelligent production line of bearings,the overall scheme of the detection device for measuring the parameters of bearing inner ring is developed,the structure design of the detection device and the selection of components are carried out,and the dynamic analysis of the detection device module for measuring the wall thickness of bearing inner ring groove is performed by means of classical mechanics analysis method.Then,dynamic simulation of the detection device for measuring the inner ring of the bearing is carried out by using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS;Then the error source analysis is carried out for the error factors affecting the measurement accuracy of each parameter of the bearing inner ring;The overall scheme of the bearing inner ring parameter detection device control system is formulated,and the drive system and sensor detection system of the device are designed;Finally,in order to verify the rationality of the mechanical structure design of the test device,the correctness of the error analysis and the correctness of the dynamics analysis,the test platform for measuring the inner ring of the bearing was built,and the parameters of the inner ring of the bearing(inner diameter,roundness,verticality and wall thickness)were tested.The results of test measurement and dynamic simulation analysis have a certain fit.The comprehensive detection device for measuring bearing inner ring parameters designed in this paper has been proved to be correct and reasonable by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.
