Nowadays with the rapid development of science and technology and the universal application of dynamic measurement, accuracy is more and more important to measure system and equipment. In order to improve device accuracy, dynamic measurement errors of devices must be understood. Dynamic error has become an urgent issue in accuracy theory. This paper designed a multifunctional dynamic experimental system. The system uses servo motor as driver equipment, and uses coder in the motor to measure the output signal of motor-input signal of experimental system, and contrasts with the output signals of the round raster and grating synchronous- -ly. The change of difference of the three kinds of signal expresses the change of experimental system dynamic error.Based on dynamic measuring precision theory in full system, this paper analyses error characteristics of some units composed of the experimental system. e.g. reducer, coupling, one-dimensional linear guide, and transitive relation among the various component units. Then this paper established a system-wide transport chain function and system-wide error "whitening" model of experimental system. We can find the rule of dynamic error change through analyzing and disposing lots of experimental date. According to prior knowledge of error characteristics of various component units, dynamic error was initial decomposed and traced, which was combined with spectral analysis of the experimental system.
