With rapid development of economic globalization, higher demands are raised for mechanical processing enterprises on product quality. Therefore, the study of improving the product quality processing receives more and more attention from the mechanical processing enterprises. Take bridge spherical steel bearings for example, this essay analyzes the machining errors of bearing parts and summarizes the causes of errors in the process of parts processing. Through the analysis of the error causes, in combination with the practical needs of production and processing, operators can take necessary control measures to further eliminate or reduce the influence of processing error on workpiece machining accuracy, so as to realize the demand of improving product quality.This paper mainly studies the emergence and control of bridge spherical steel bearings through the following several aspects:1)This research background and significance is elaborated through the introduction of the present situation of bridge spherical steel bearings;2)The analysis of error research at home and abroad has provided theoretical basis for bridge spherical steel bearing error analysis;3)The effect of bridge spherical steel bearings inner parts’ processing error have on bearing operational performance and the causes are analyzed in detail, which shows the error analysis is the foundation of the machining error control;4)The analysis of bridge steel ball bearing processing error shows the causes, and this essay puts forward several methods such as reducing the original error, error compensation, transferring and other ways to control the machining errors;5)According to the present status of the machining error analysis and control, this paper proposes NC simulation virtual measurement method to predict machining errors, which is based on VERICUT NCsimulation system;6) The establishment of virtual machining error measurement system, makes use of bridge spherical steel bearing plate processing, to verify the feasibility and accuracy of virtual machining error measuring system. This supplies efficient method for bridge spherical steel bearing processing error control.
