The variable steel mold trolley was mechanized equipment developed by the research and development team of Shaanxi University of Technology for secondary lining of underground caverns.It had the characteristics of good concrete integrity and high quality.The trolley solved the problem that the ordinary steel mold trolley cannot be reused because of the limitation of the size of its design.Because of the lack of quantitative analysis and research on the structural design of steel Model trolley template system at home and abroad,and the products designed according to engineering experience and analogy,there was a bulky structure,stiffness and excessive strength of the template.This research focused on the TC6935-Z variable steel mold trolley,and focused on the research of the trolley form-work system,the main contents were as follows..Firstly,the composition system of the form-work system,frame system,hydraulic system and walking system of TC6935-Z steel model trolley were analyzed,and the working principle of the vehicle changing span,heightening and arc changing were studied.With the CREO software,a three-dimensional model such as a form-work system and a frame system under the limit working state of the trolley(maximum span of 9m,maximum wall height of5 m,1/4 arc arch)was established,and the virtual assembly of the complete vehicle was completed by the connection relationship of the components.Secondly,on the basis of relevant standard specifications,the calculation method of the side wall of the straight wall template was deeply studied.Combined with the principle of hydrostatic pressure,the side pressure calculation problem of the vault template was solved,and a more accurate working load was determined.According to the working load,the stiffness and strength of the key components of the form-work system were analyzed and calculated.Thirdly,using the seamless docking function of CREO and ANSYS,the finite element analysis model of the template system was established.According to the position distribution of the working window of the form-work system,the whole process of concrete pouring weredivided into three stages,and the load value and load distribution of each stage were calculated and analyzed.Finally,according to the load values calculated in each stage,the constraints and boundary conditions were applied to the analysis model respectively.The static analysis of the template system was completed,and the distribution of the same effect and overall deformation of the template system at different stages were obtained.The analysis results show that the carrying capacity of the trolley form-work system was within the design allowable range,and the rationality of the load calculation method was verified in the reverse direction.The research method was not only applicable to variable steel mold trolleys,but also can be used for structural design,analysis of mechanical properties and structural optimization design of ordinary steel mold trolleys and related mechanical equipment,and had strong practical value.
