Reinforced Concrete Structures Using Inflated Forms has the advantages of stable stiffness,small floor space,fast construction speed,energy saving and environmental protection.However,the current domestic utilization rate is low,and coal storage is the main.Application method.Due to the concern of reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms durability,it has restricted its widespread use in other fields.Through the combination of theoretical prediction model and ANSYS model analysis,the proposed reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms is analyzed for durability degradation in actual engineering and seven different regions and common design parameters in the country.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,taking durability degradation as the main line,starting from the analysis of material durability,combined with the reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms concrete carbonization under the protection of the membrane is one-way,from the inside to the outside,deriving the concrete carbonization and steel corrosion suitable for reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms Theoretical prediction model;.Second,based on the combination of the theoretical prediction model and the ANSYS model analysis,the durability degradation analysis of the actual project is carried out.The research shows that under the self-weight and full live load,the stress and deformation of reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms in the three directions of X,Y and Z increase with the increase of service life,and the radial direction(Y direction)is larger than the zonal direction(X direction,Z direction);the deformation in the radial direction is outward along the normal direction of the spherical surface and the straight wall segment,and the maximum deformation occurs at the junction between the cylinder surface and the spherical surface and is located at the maximum of the hole;the zonal deformation is vertically downward and is annular.The maximum deformation is located at the top opening;the radial stress at 50 years of stress change is 2.6 times of the newly built measured data;in 45-47 years,reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms enters the safety limit state,the bearing capacity decreases,and the safety is not To meet the requirements,the durability can basically meet the design life of 50 years;Third,in the seven typical climatic regions of China,the common design parameters(different concrete protective layer thickness,different concrete strength grades,different steel grades and diameters)have durability degradation stages such as carbonation time of the proposed reinforced concrete structures using inflated forms and rust swelling time of the concrete protective layer.Direct relationship.Under the conditions of the thickness of the protective layer,the strength of the concrete,the strength of the steel bar and the diameter,the durability years in different regions are up to 1.54 times.
