| As an indispensable part of missile control,the steering gear must be equipped with corresponding testing equipment to meet the measurement requirements during the development and production process.The traditional manual test method cannot meet the test requirements in terms of data accuracy and efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on the automatic test system of the electric steering gear.This thesis was derived from a project-Automatic detection of electric steering gear,which is hosted by an Aerospace Design Institute and North University of China.Based on detection requirements for electric steering gear,this thesis proposed a set of equipment detection overall plan.The design process adheres to the modular design concept,and the hardware is divided into five modules.Meanwhile,anti-jamming,reliability and stability were considered during the design process.The design of the software completed the construction of the development environment,the test function,the file management,the maintenance of the test system and the design of the friendly human-computer interaction interface using LabWindows/CVI.The test data was sent to the industrial computer through the Modbus communication protocol,and the results were analyzed and saved using LabWindows/CVI.The multi-thread processing technology was adopted in the test of the static performance parameters of the steering gear so that multi-task was performed simultaneously.At the same time,for the high-frequency interference appearing in the data acquisition process,a second-order Butterworth low-pass filter is used to complete the filter design.The equipment has been put into use,which can be reliably and stably operated.The accuracy of the measured parameters can meet the technical requirements,and the test results are qualified. |
